My arms maintain shaking?

Well if it is sinus infections no liquid is gonna help you. They do enjoy Colloidal Silver in a spray form or dropper that you can put within your nose. If you are telling the truth and its the first time and you haven't be tested yet, a few days and alot of sea drinking should do the trick. Dont try filling up a oral exam tube or anything like that, they can update that its water, and they will know you hold something to hide. Just chill out for a few days.

heres a trick. drink like mad of water, in the region of a gallon the night and morning earlier your test. also run a B vitamin supplement the morning before the check. it will dilute your urine to almost completely water, but the B vitamin will color the urine yellow. fool proof, worked for me 3 times in a minute.
The urine test will be positive for at smallest a couple of weeks. If you use water, they will know, and you will be surrounded by more trouble.
