Yvonne, As a doctor, I would importantly recommend you go to the nearest emergency room. Chest pressure into an arm (any arm, not lately the left) can be a sign of heart attack. The blood pressure is also quite elevated. Please go go and get checked out.

Actually my doctor told me it be the other way round, if you hold manic ear ache and afterwards all of a sudden it stops, it's because your eardrum have popped and released the build up of pressure which is what causes the discomfort. But yes you would probably get some weeping of blood/puss/etc but if within doubt always consult a qualified medical practitioner.
There will be some spasm and bleeding from the ear. And you will get dizzy. Hearing loss. Depending if its simply a tear and not from an ear infection the Ear drum will treat in a few days. If you enjoy an ear infection (discharge from the ear) it will take longer.

I own 60% hearing loss contained by my left ear and have to see an ear Specialist. Now I know u must have audible range problems if u think it's a ruptured eardrum, Cover or put your finger surrounded by your good ear and if you aren't audible range anything, this is very serious! Did u stick a Q-Tip too far down the ear strait? Were u hurt some how? Mine was a stick attack in a bathroom thrown against bathroom fixtures, sink, hip bath,etc.
but it was the effrontery in my ear, and lacking a nerve, there's nil to adapt it to. Please hold this checked out ASP I'd hate to hold u lose your hearing! No situation what it takes plse see a Dr. so you can draw from a referral and they can do the testing on you!
