I work from my home office similar to 8-12 hours a day. Once an hour I stand up and do close to 25 jumping jacks, push ups, heave dubmbells, stretch etc etc. It gets your blood flowing. I also Eat fish 3 times a week for the Omega 3 and transport Ginko Biloba to increase blood flow to my brain.
Do meditation after every half an hour for 5 minutes.
And do stretch exercises or yoga regularly.
Caffeine is not the answer, it is powerfully knowen when using a computer you should have breaks every 45 minutes, gain up for 5/10 minutes walk around stretch your armes leg hindmost hands and collar, and/or get a drink hose. You will find you can stay focus much longer this way
Make several short brakes involving physical endeavours, sit-ups, squats etc. It helps both concentration and your appearance :)

Yep--it's the germs in sweat. Try prevention by using an anti-bacterial soap past you play, and again afterward; when you shower use a loofah or shower brush to get rid of departed skin which harbors germs.. Also, buy an anti-bacterial body powder to absorb sweat during playing.
Everyone else give good counsel about showering without delay after, etc, etc. I hope I am not stating the obvious here, but also engineer sure to never wear a jersey twice. Always wash them between wearings!

My EMG said nil be wrong?

They did the EMG to see if I had carpal tunnel but they come back fine. Which frustrates me, Im not motto I want carpal tunnel but there's ovb. something wrong if they hurt as bad as they do at points. I know that rheumatoid arthritis runs within my family as ably as lupus which my thyroid doctor said I should bring up to them. But has anyone else have there EMG come back as mundane when they have be having problems. The doctor that did my EMG said that the surgeon will probably vote wear a splint and take ibuprofen for three weeks. But I hold done that 4 times already. This problem has be with me since I be in 8th category and Im now a senior. I am in recent times getting mad and my money is mortal wasted I grain. I just want to know what I should read out to them next time and if this have happened to anyone else.

The few chubby Asians of today aren't ingestion just the rice they did years ago. They are more modern and not adjectives big people are big because of intake. They can have a thyroid problem which make them that way. There's much more to it than consumption. My mother ate about 1000 calories a light of day (she had a heart problem) but she still weigh 200lbs until her doctor started her taking thyroid meds and then she dropped counterweight fast.
