I'm getting used to waking up untimely and am trying to find ways to motivate me to quit setting my alarm clock for an extra hour after it goes stale. I want to start my day sour in a correct way, not a sleepy/grumpy opening. Any suggestions?

I always stir up between 5 and 6 a.m. My husband gets up beforehand me, turns on the morning news for me, and get my clothes. I watch give or take a few 15 minutes of news contained by bed, then I beckon him in and we bargain for about 5 minutes and I grasp dressed and trudge to my office. I listen to my favorite morning radio show and own a cup of coffee and check my email while he warms up my saloon. I do my errands, come home, right in time to kiss him goodbye when he head to work.

Ok tonight i was at a fte and for anyone who did cheerleading knows what im conversation bout but anyways two guys lifted up a guy resembling had him bounce into their hands and they be holding him up in close to a stunt and he fell out of the other two guys hands and he fell flat on his stern and blacked out for like a couple second. He requests to see a doctor. Even if he feel OK he could of hurt his spine or vertebra's. Spinal injuries walk un noticed and result in so many problems latter.
A friend who was a cheerleader, be doing this stunt and broke her shoulder and arm, my suggestion is to get him to a doc
he could hold a mild concussion to a break somewhere.

ABSOLUTELY get him to an emergency room NOW! It would be preferrable for an ambulance to hold him since he's having dcolletage and back pains!

I've see much lesser falls result surrounded by broken necks, including ethnic group who literally walked into the ER and gone on a stretcher with their neck in not easy collars. Such a fall isn't a item that should be considered OK, since he was "freshly sore" after. This is potentially life threatening!
i'd articulate take him to the emergency room
