this may be just me, but i sleep near mine, and the doctor said to take them out every hours of darkness because oxygen can't get to your cornea and iris so your eye tries to develope a blood vessel to the cornea and that can mess up your perception permantly. I have have them for about 4 years and i pretty much never bear them out. I have a upright glasses-only weekend/week every now and after, but othe rthan that i just big-hearted of forget they're in nearby. You could probably sleep with them contained by every now and consequently and be fine. My brother had some grotesque sort of eye problem for the same rationale, but i don't know if it was too serious. I haven't have anything bad however, but i wouldn't recommend doing what i do. Get some eye drops to moisturize them in the morning and every in a minute and then slide your contact rotten your pupil then slide it support for some minor eye breathing. Also, your contact will last waaaay longer than 2 weeks. I deliberate that's just a plot for them to make more money. I'd right to be heard about a month or two, but you may enjoy different contact than me. Doctors will all speak what everyone else here has said, and they're probably right. Again, i wouldn't recommend every hours of darkness for three months, sometimes is probably okay. Try to leave them out and move about with eyeglasses when you can such as on long weekends or days off. yeah.

Ooh, I'm sorry, I've have that before. Try putting a hot wet bottle or heating wad on your stomach and taking 5 deep breaths. Then try taking gas-x even if it isn't gas. Helps me! P.S.- Sometime sitting really still help too... not sure why though. :)

I suffer from severe chronic insomnia. It's horrible. I don't take meds or anything I in recent times try my best to deal next to it.So does anyone have any right tips on how to get through the time when you have insomnia and you're tired and confused adjectives the time? I dont have chronic insomnia but i do hold a small case of it..il be up partially the night reading or on the computer, and i guess i've be so used to it i can go 2 or 3 days minus sleeping hardly..I handle it because i try to drink plenty of fluids without TOO MUCH caffeine.i dont drink coffee or stuff approaching that, but i drink an occasional bottle of mountain dew or Vault about twice a daylight and i drink water or liquid and i just keep hold of active when i wasnt surrounded by school or working.
I've have it since I was a child, but my borderline OCD and distaste for not mortal in control come across to help me hang on to things in check most of the time. I've tried everything too, and I also in recent times deal next to it. The thing that probably help me the most was research how to say "doesn`t matter what!" and really meaning it.

i just woke up today beside a sore throat and i think i get it from my cousin cause i drink after her the light of day she was here and she be sick a couple days before she come to my house, she had sore throat and she have a fever and headache or will i carry those symptoms to? or is everybody diffrent? I used it for many years and never have any withdrawals. You could try to smoke smaller quantity and less of it so that you don't miss the behavior or socialization of it. The difference with a madness attack is more of a mental state of mind. The fear of have a heart attack creates a greater fear of dying and is regularly accompanied by breathing hurriedly. Breathing rapidly lead to feeling skinny and faint and lead the panicked human being to believe they are about to go by out and die. The reality is that you're panicky, have a majority elevated heart rate, hyperventilating and you're going to be just fine once you've be able to self-possessed down a bit.
