Can someone sustain me determine what my blood pressure numbers niggardly? I'm lower than average. Is this bleak?

I'm a 25 year old feminine. Approx 5'7" and I weigh 126 lbs. I recently have my blood pressure taken, but I don't really know how to decipher the numbers. My blood pressure be 92/62 which seems outstandingly low. I workout everyday, but I also smoke. Can anyone suggest some websites that better describe this? Or... could you possibly let me know why it could be so low--is it too low? Thanks!

I'm pretty sure "normal" is 120/80. But I think it can change for some people. Maybe that's simply the amount of blood pressure your body needs.

I enjoy low blood pressure too. Mine is usually 90/60, and sometimes lower. The Dr said as long as I don't feel wobbly or dizzy it was without blemish fine. As a smoker like yourself have lower blood pressure is a good article.

I have this tell-tale sign that I'm getting seriously stressed out. My vanished eye starts to twitch over and over. not non-stop thank God, but still, it's annoying!

Let me first say that I do hold an apt in a wk and a partly for a doctor
For a long time (years) Ive had past its sell-by date and on painful numbness surrounded by my legs. It will last in the order of a day every few wks.

for times past few months I've had horrible headache almost all the time. I get up up with a impossible headache and if it leaves it will be back a few hours consequently comes back. I run out up taking pain killer everyday to help. Most of the time they are migraine headache (Sensitivity to light especially).

Also for smoothly a year or so I'm very tired a great deal. I dont fall asleep during work but I am drastically tired and sometimes can't focus...if I sit or lay down to relax and watch tv or movies I ALWAYS jump down asleep even if I slept full night. Doesn't concern if its 7, 8, 12 hrs I am tired.

Now I have fruitless muscular pain, my entire final, neck, legs especially and between period will have menstrual type cramps and lower backbone aches.

Any planning what it could be? I just want 2 know what to expect?

Is have a consistant low body heat fruitless?

My temperature is usually around 96.4 when I get up up in the morning, and it go up to around 97.8 during the day. Sometimes it go up to 98.1 or 98.2. But by the evening, it always go back down to around 97.2. I've be this way for as long as I can remember, and my father is duplicate way. However, I've be taking a blood pressure medication called Clonidine because my doctor say it helps those sleep without cause odd side effects of sleeping pills. I don't know if this is affecting my life at adjectives or not. I do know that my coordination is very bleak and I've always be extremely bad at sports, and I'm repeatedly depressed and I'm very shy, but I don't know if this is cause by low body temperature, or more imagined because of my physiological makeup. I did find a website that says it is a desperate thing, but I don't know if it's true or not. If this some sort of bleak condition, is there any cure for it?

I think you should be tested for thyroid problems.
The regular is 98.6, isn't it? That's not so bleak. That is what many of the population's warmth is. It's the average. It's not the same for everyone, don't verbs about it. If it go down to 93 or something, then be worried.
