Blood testing come final next to GGT of 129. AST, ALT, Albumin & Globulin be adjectives everyday. Should I be Concerned?

Had a recent screening for health insurance and they decline coverage due to my having an elevated GGT even. As mentioned above, all the other LFT's come back within the normal scope. Additionally I had a physical 6 month prior where on earth they didn't test GGT but contained by that six month period AST elevated from 26 to 30 and ALT elevated from 28 to 37. I enjoy been researching but own found research saying that this is credible from high alcohol intake but disagreement over whether one indicator is a serious cause for concern.
