Crave pure sugar within the middle of the dark?

Anyone have an hypothesis what causes this? I don't crave cookies, cake or candy only just pure sugar.

try this:Applyn pressue to your forehead by putting a finger on your forehead. Approx 1 in or so up over your antenna - so your finger is right in the middle of your forehead.
Hold for something like 30 sec. Do this until the hiccups dissapear.
If this doesn't work, try rubbing the spot with your finger.

I saw this once on "UNTOLD STORIES OF THE ER" It have to be my absoulte favorite show. But this woman came surrounded by with the hiccups and have put up with them for almost 2 weeks. this be the only article that helped her.

I finally Stopped taking sleeping aides and in a minute I'm tired adjectives daylight long.?

I use to have to run sleeping pills to help me sleep, I took them for going on for 8 years. I chose to get rotten of them when I started trying to have a babe. My doctor recommended I take tylenol PM at dark to help me sleep while trying to capture off of the sleeping pills. So I get completely off of the prescription and be taking one tylenol at night. Now, Im completely sour of the Tylenol, but feel tired adjectives day long immediately. I never felt tired close to this before, and Im sleeping adjectives night long on my own (for the first time surrounded by almost 10 years). I just consistency so exhausted. My legs hurt and my eyes are heavy.... anyone enjoy any advise? Thanks

It sounds close to this is a form of withdrawals from taking the sleeping pills for so long. Since it sounds liek some sort of withdrawal you are going through, I would give it time, 30 days possibly, maybe even as little as a week.

But surrounded by the meantime, eat apples within the morning when you wake up, better than coffee. Also, during the year, plenty of water, and a chalice of water at dark. As far as a sleep aid, my best suggestion would be to have sex, or a mould. But thats not always possible. Whenever I enjoy had trouble sleeping, I be taught to pinch deep breaths, and primarily meditate.

If none of this works, and getting a decent night sleep is still a problem, you may wanna go put a bet on to your doctor and ask about any sleep aids you can transport while you are trying to get pregnant.
i regard as you should go to bed before or sleep in more^_^ it's a reality that if you do not have adequate sleep you could gain more weight so it is meaningful to have your sleep!
Your system get used to having the sleep aids instead of relying on the melatonin to put you to sleep.
I truly run on 4-5 hours of sleep. Any more than that and I'm wiped out for the daylight.
Try going to bed at 12pm and getting up around 5ish. See if that works. If you cut your sleep down, your body will tell you when it's time. Then, you won't toss and turn so much.
Try the flip side...Wake surrounded by the morning and take a Vivarin. As alive as you seem, you may be against the caffine but it's not so doomed to failure just taking one Vivarin within the morning to get started.
If you haven't taken a sleep experiment, you should. A sleep test at the best could possibly identify any problems, approaching apnea.

A sleep test at the worst would exterminate any suspected causes that don't show up on the question paper.
You need some time for you body to adjust...

I own an outlandish white coating on my tongue...what could this be?

I woke up today and checked out my tongue. I found a white coating...I do not think that it is oral thrush and if unquestionably wasn't just that I needed to brush my tongue, although that's what it looked similar to, just really defectively. Normal tooth/tongue brushing did not remove the coating. I had to shaving it off beside my tooth brush and fingernail. It was exceptionally resistant. my tongue started bleeding in one spot but I'm pretty sure that's only because I was scrape so hard. My tongue is soar from the scrape but is fine otherwise. My mouth has feel dry lately and my tongue was severely burning the other daylight when I ate salt and vinegar chips. The resistant white coating a short time ago started today though.

first, are you on medications? Some medication may cause tounge coating. Otherwise, chitchat to your dr.
it is a fungus on the tongue called thrush.....do you use inhalers for asthma by unsystematic? if you do make sure you rinse your mouth after respectively use. to clear this up wash your tongue sour using a mild soap such a Johnson baby soap. do not scrub benignly wash....engineer sure you do not swallow and rinse well....use mouthwash after.....if this does not relief go to the pharmacy and ask for gentian mauve and put on tongue after washing next to a mild soap...see a doctor if you are not comfortable with doing this....tons newborns obtain this due to formula left within their cheeks and then plunge asleep and bacteria grows within the mouth.....
I couldn't tell you what it is, but I sometimes attain something like that when I sleep near my mouth open. You might speak to your dentist and see what they vote, make sure it's not something more serious, which I doubt it is, but be on the undisruptive side. Do you drink alot of soda or smoke.

From what I vaguely remember, you do not return with to go to hospital unless you are referred...they hold small localised offices, where on earth perhaps a trainee doctor will be, and you budge there instead of going to hospital to take a diagnosis...then he can refer you or patch you up. Of course, if your leg is hanging past its sell-by date then I am sure they will allow you to step straight to hospital!
