But the best creature to talk to is ure doctor i find if i havea problem and im worrying alot i dance to my doctor and he helps i discern better and whatever i be worrying abt goes away. I suffer from anxiety and I noticed that no foods will lend a hand make them jump away, but staying away from caffeine will help to a solid extent. Caffeine makes you hyper and speeds up your heart rate fear this way is an flowing trigger for me to get a hysterics attack. Its hard, but sometimes I hold to avoid things like soda, coffee, and chocolate.
