im 18 and not such a great swimmer, i can back float and swim a bit and today iwas surrounded by the deep completion with my friend who is route worse a swimmer then me and not too confident. anyway we be being stupid and i challenge her to backfloat accross the pool. she said fine and we started 2 swim. when suddenly she was resembling help me so i go 2 her and instead of letting me help her she go crzy and started pushing me uner water she ripped my swimsuit and i couldnt acquire out of the water. occasionally when i get my head up for a sec i scream help.pple only just laughed and thought we be jk and the lifegaurd i after found out was chatting and said we be joking and didnt even come 2 check us. at the closing stages i was something like 2 give up. some how someone finally listen and moved her so i was competent 2 come up. i now i am frightened of water and i keep hold of thinking about how i be stuck underneath the water and cant go and get it out of my head whta should i do sustain me please!Answers:

My cousin is really sick. He is losing a lot of solidity. He has dire mood swings. He has two groups of friends, the nice ones he know from high college baseball and then the doomed to failure kids. His good friends are only as worried as his family. He is becoming ferocious. One night him and his friends be hanging out and he purely started to punch himself HARD. So hard he gone bruises. He's even been seeing hallucination, though rarely. He also is compulsively lying, not a soul can ever say when he's unfolding the truth or a lie. His parents enjoy taken him to a doctor, but seeing as he's 19, the doctor can't tell them ANYTHING. His parents have him take a drug interview and it came up unenthusiastic but there be a type of film over the indication. I'm not sure what drugs the drug test be for. His eyes AREN'T blood shot and his pupils aren't dialated. He has a outstandingly addictive personality. Could this be drugs or a mental sickness? No, you don't have insomnia, you own your days and nights mixed up. You enjoy to force yourself to stay awake during the day and be in motion to bed at a normal hour. After just about a week you'll be fine again.
I had equal problem...you probably don't have insomnia..it's probably lately that your routine's just gotten for a time messed up. So if you don't sleep one night, you'll be tired the subsequent day when it's time to sleep. So you only just have to bring your sleeping habit fixed; once your body's used to sleeping at hours of darkness and being up contained by the daytime again, I think you'll be fine.
