you dont enjoy to close your eyes but most do to shut out the world and relax better. i dont hum or say anything when i meditate, i purely clear my mind and relax so i can concentrate better on the tasks that lay before me. hope that help.
When I meditate, I close my eyes so I can be calm and clear my boss. I feel great afterwards. Its refreshing and you can procure a nap within there as all right :). You dont have to close your eyes but its best since you can as I said, restful yourself and clear your mind as well. Closing your eyes allow you to shut everything down for a moment and touch the energy around you.

Being contained by the sun make me severely hot and give me a very bad headache. Can I do anything to fix it?
It gets even worse if I do some loving stuff outside, like mowing my grassland or something. I have to hose myself beside cold water close to every 5 minutes, and even then, after I'm done (I usually spend around 30-45 minutes out surrounded by the sun at a time) I feel incapacity and usually get a headache.It doesn' get hold of too hot where I live - within summer usually 85-95 degrees.

Take a cool shower prior to working within the Sun. Keep head lower than cool water. Helps.

And do put on a helmet and sun glasses.
Keep some cool drink effective you. Keep drinking, time to time. I think u also entail salts and some sugar as your liveliness level go down.

Do you drink lots of water? I don't sweat so it's complex for me to do a lot outside. My doctor could lone tell me to drink hose and try to keep cool and to stay sheltered (DUH!)
Don't wear a tight hat (baseball cap). This keep the heat contained by. If you want to wear a hat, net it a floppy hat (I know, you will probably look ridiculous but it will help). I also pass around those little ice pack you keep contained by the freezer and put them on my neck and chest profusely.

Nope. Our experiences are constantly shaping our personality. The changes might fade a bit with time, but it will other be there for a moment, too. That's not always a fruitless thing though. What causes hemorrhoids?
