Please! How do I have a feeling more energized?? -10pts?

I go to sleep in good time, take a multivitamin every morning, drink tons of hose through out the day and NO sodas, i am at the freight I am suppossed to be at, and I haven't even been doing anything that would wear me down or stress me out. Despite adjectives that, lately I've felt without doubt drained through out the day to the point where on earth I am missing out on doing the things I love because it physically takes to much force to get around and bring all dressed up and ready- which I LOVE to do. I newly need suggestion on how to raise and keep up my energy level through out the day so I don't be aware of so sluggish and can start doing the things I love again. You may be anemic. I feel that way, by the time I get ready to budge some place, I was simply too worn out to go. Not much fun, huh? My doctor have me taking 2 27 mg tablets a day and I have a feeling much better. Check your multi to see if it contains iron. Your Dr. can do a simple blood test to see if you are anemic or if you want to avoid Dr., try taking extra iron - it will give somebody a lift a couple of weeks for you to notice. Be hard-working though as iron is toxic and does not wash away approaching Vit C.. note: iron will turn the stool black - not to be alarmed.

I hold two unfurl blisters within my toe, what should i do?

I didnt pop them using needles. They just popped up when i be doing my thing. Now, I hold two open blisters and the fluid is dry and one of them is bleeding. what should i do??

Tips for better sleeping?

I know of some, but need more because I still own trouble falling asleep most nights, and do not grain refreshed when I get up up.

-Use bedroom only for sleep/sex
This one is impossible for me because I live contained by a two room apartment for school! So my bedroom is partially of my place!

-No caffeine 6 hours before sleep
This one is uncomplicated for me

-Exercise during the day, but no smaller number than 6 hours before bedtime
This is also comfortable, as I exercise earlier contained by the day when I can

-No meal right before bed
This is somewhat hard for me because it's harder for me to be in motion to sleep hungry than it is full

-Do not drink anything an hour before bed
This is also tricky because I'm used to drinking water adjectives throughout the day, but I've studious to stop

-Keep bed time/rise time hours consistent
This is hardest of all for me, because I'm a college student near a part time profession with doomed to failure hours and my friends are crazy

-No TV before bed
Another tough one for me because I love to see TV while laying down to procure tire

but i did notice that massage my feet near coconut oil every darkness for about 10 min worked really resourcefully also take 2 teaspoons of black strap molloses everyday that also really help me, my sleep has better alot! its not a miracle cure though,

also try not to think give or take a few anything try make your brain relaxed and a short time ago keep taking vast breathes and concentrate in relaxing dont stress in the region of not falling asleep that will make it worse only relax every muscle in your body from your foot to your head and breath contained by slowley hopefully that will help it have certinly helped me!

I just read that cleaning up your kidneys and liver help to reduce BO and sweating. I be wondering if there be a connection because I enjoy had a sweat problem for in the order of a year, and a chronic kidney infection since february.

Is it fruitless to cross your legs?

i have sit with my legs crossed probably starting when i be around seven now i am fourty. i cross them every time i sit down, eventually after a long priod of crossing my top leg get numb. i have hear that crossing your legs can cause capillary problems, back problems, and hip problems, i dont own any at all, but is this true that it is bleak? do you cross your legs also? and are you aware it might be bad?

I cross them everyday! it's a need! I have also hear that it causes artery problems which makes sense so that's going on for the only point i believe. It cuts off your cerculation but other later that, i doubt that it's very deadly.
Well, it is bad for circulation, and it's true. Try only just to cross your ankles.

I understand it is a dependence, that would take some stab to change. I see that you are becoming aware that in that is a better way to sit that will be improved as well. That is honest, if you would like to try the legs can be crossed at the ankles, that would explanation less stress on the subsidise. Why when you smoke marijuana, you get the urge to put away?

I've heard two theories. One, that I presume is wrong, is that smoking marijuana lowers your blood sugar, which will make you hungry

The second one is that cannabinoid receptors contained by the brain (what marijuana works on) play a part within controling hunger. I agree more with this one.

You can't produce yourself grow. Just eat right, and you'll arrive at your full genetic potential.
Your height is genetic. You can't really do anything.

An anxiety attack, or something different?

What are these symptoms of?

I had ate, and consequently an hour later, this happen:

Most race don't have the stomach for food they are unaccustomed to drinking. Be it Mexican or any other type of food. Depending on where you ate surrounded by Mexico, the food can be extremely spicy and prepared a lot different than surrounded by the US. There is also street food for which many relations do get sick because of the unsanitary environment. Drink or get through things to help you purge anything it was you ate. Something that will manufacture you crap it all out.
