I hold be to the ER 7 times since april for headach, chest stomach-ache and side headache. they merely 1 time checked me..
for my side abdomen niggle. it hurts on the left and right and it feel like something is twitching inside nearby and other times it is a sharp pain. and my stomach make alot of noise. and i also enjoy a pressure feeling over head. i have a ct 5 weeks ago. any body thinks they know whats going on? im a 16 year infirm male. 231 pounds. the er is tired os seeing me. and my doctors adjectives say filch medicine. i lost to close relatives uncle and grandmother. grandma took care of me. they adjectives say stress. im terrified.Answers:

I have stomach problems for years and doctors told me all kind of stuff like irritated bowel syndrome, consequently they gave me narcotics.

Creatine Abuse?
In january i took some creatine drinks for the second time to help me near the gym. First time i used them i had no problems. This time since i enjoy been getting pains contained by my kidneys and liver.I didnt even drink them everyday and im sure i used below the amount it says i should enjoy daily although i probably didnt drink ample water.
I enjoy been the docs, have blood tests and urinal test and everything seems ordinary but i still get these pains, sometimes on a day by day basis despite not using any since just about february.
Also i get these pains worse when i bring paracetamol and allergy tablets. So basically my body appears to be fucked.
Anyone else attain this? I need to know more as the doctors dont give the impression of being to be too concerned. But obviously i am.

That's an interesting question, but a apt one. You know, I do not think I hold ever "loved" my body. I didn't complain much about it any. I was more pleased next to it at 25 (lol!), but "loved," no. Now I am not heavy, nor outlandish shaped, etc. But I have never feel that real "consent to go" kind of demeanor that I envy so within others that can enjoy that freedom. And they do it regardless of how they look. Where my attitude almost my body comes from, I am not sure.
I think I am almost superlative with a few small issues. For my freight I am about a meter too short, for my physical condition I am nearly 10 years too young. Hi! I’m so sorry to hear you’re reaction bad. Try the following 3 steps (they eliminate my panic attacks of15 years):
1.Breathe properly - if you control your breathing, you control madness. As soon as you notice the signs of anxiety, check your breathing: breathe within slowly through your nose pushing your tummy out (to the count of 5 or so). Breathe out slowly and for a bit longer (to the count of 7 or so) through your mouth. Do not breathe speedily or shallowly (in the chest area). This will soon restore the balance of oxygen and you will surface a lot better.
2. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy! CBT is proven to be the most impressive thing for hysterics attacks and social anxiety. It takes a bit of work, but it is super impressive. Yep... sounds resembling panic attacks... I would only see a doc to make sure there's no underlying medical problems though. I would also ask the doc to refer me to a shrink. The therapist help because it is a relief to speak the truth to someone who will not arbiter you because of personal ties to you. He/she will also be able to suggest coping & soothing techniques that you may not be capable of see readily because of the difficult situations you are in.

Hi hon, I have a lot of hysterics attacks over a few years (got less and smaller number as time went on). The best item to do is see your doctor who can confirm that they are panic attacks, and possibly suggest an antidepressant as many work intensely well for anxiety and can be prescribed for anxiety alone. He/she may also suggest a referral to an anxiety headship group - I have be on one and they are very especially helpful.

From the symptoms you describe , although in that cabn be other symptoms too, ranging from palpitations, dizzyness and numbness, a inkling of being 'drunk' or even of late your neck tightening up.Best to see your doctor they can insist on on medication, counselling etc.
I've found the best help comes from breathing into a quality newspaper bag slowly and regular. Relax your shoulders and try not to pay envelope any attention to what your body is doing. Excercise can help too, my GP referred me to the gym because the endorphins from the excercise counteract the madness signals from my body. I've found this a great help too.

Yes. Though I'd recomend seeing a doctor, I'd be extremely wary of going on any medication (which they will push at you) as within are often fruitless side effects, and many population end up next to worse mental health within the long run.
Instead concentrate on the relaxation therapy/excercises but more importantly get plenty of excercise - thriving body = healthy mind. Also try to formulate sure you are getting as healthy a diet as possible. Plenty omega 3 (best sources are slippery fish and sunflower seeds) and cut out junk food. Oh, and beyond doubt no alcohol or other drugs!
It certainly sounds close to it but do get checked out next to a GP just to rule anything else out. He/She will be capable of talk things through next to you. Drugs are not the only alternative nowadays.

It sounds like it to me. I should jump and see the doctor about them - but in the past jumping into taking medication, discuss alternatives first such as counselling or cbt (cognitive behavioural therapy). My doc put me straight onto medication for them 7 years ago and i cant seem to be to ever come off them minus my symptoms of panic rushing final again. Medication definitely works for me, but not for everyone. Try to comprehend why you are having them surrounded by the first place and only as a closing resort take medication.
