Now dont , go straight back, simply ease back into the older ways, one bad habit at a time! (make a list of the thingm which you gave up and are returning to! Each and every single little little pang of guilt from any percieved pleasure! (healthy pleasure does not cause guilt nor damage nor pain)! Dont worry about fixing this yuntil your list has grown big, and you have returned to the point you can no longer function, because you are so tired!

No take out your list, (if you have kept one), and you will see patterns which are bad for you! Keep this, list, and keep adding to it, and keep working on your therapeutic adjustments! You will learn, within one year, how you are actually an awesome creature, and you will see yourself as i see you now! (your self awareness instincts are awesome)! The first step in helping self is to be aware of self!

You will soon become aware of every twitch of your body, your mind will be discovered to be a fourth dimensional knowledge entity, which does not feel pain,and cannot be damaged! However your third dimensional, physical brain, requires the same therapies which are good for the rest of your body!

You will Stop believing yourself to be a body, but you will discover your body is a sensory organ, which can feel, see hear, smell and taste! Your fatigue, will continue to need therapy, and you will need to learn to relax, in order to sleep better, and with training, you will notice how, when you are awake you believe yourself to be now dreaming, and when you are asleep, you believe you are not dreaming, and how both these facts are in fact the same dream, for in fact your dream 24/7! Your first instinct will bean attempt to wake up, but you wont know how! However, if it was possibble to awaken, you would not be dreaming, you were awake, you would be awake! To be awake and not dreaming is to be a rock! It is not a desirable condition, to be without dreams! Are you tired all day? Maybe you're anemic and need some iron. Curious how you go to sleep at 8:00 if you usually go to bed late. I can't.
General things...more water, more exercise, more sleep.
i think that when your body is used to going to bed late and you call it an early night your body is over tired from sleeping too much. i have pretty much the same problem.except i cant fall asleep til like 2 or 3 and then i have trouble getting up..when i actually do get up its like hell....if you can fall asleep early than try it for a little while to see if it helps...i think it might help you out....good luck
too much sleep is just as bad as too little sleep. You can't just try going to bed early for a week or two and go back you have to have a routine and stick to it every single week of the year.
first of all your body and mind should adjust after a while.
But some tips are;
-Put your bed facing the window or near a door so you see sunlight hitting you in the morning when it is sunny anyways.
-move your alarm clock so you have to get up to turn it off.
-when you first wake up in the morning take a shower if your not too lazy like me sometimes i make the shower a little bit cooler so that the warm water doesnt make me sleepy
-when you first get up get yourself a cold glass of ice water to help wake you up.

Could there be a medical reason why you are so tired? Ask your doctor. The most obvious and likely culprit is your iron level.

Eliminate medical problems first. The situation you describe is not normal, and there might be quick fix to it.

The bad news is that your mother might might you eat liver to jack up your iron level. I'd rather swallow a nail than a mouthful of liver, but that's just me.
well if your sleepy in the mornings either go to sleep earlier_ get a energy drink_ wake up early and take a bath eat good wash face and teeth(that works for me)

Can someone in your family run some orange juice in for you first thing? Its a energy boost. I think its good to have a nice bubble bath first thing to kind of ease my way into the day and also it might help to have something you are looking forward to written down near your bed.

You might want to ask your doctor. Try doing a experment, go to sleep at 6:00 and set your alarm really late. Seee if your still tired. Do that before you go 2 your doctor.

Yes. You are so use to going to bed late that your body id very un normal to this time. Try going to bed as you hear your first yawn or feel tired. Sorry about that and I hope you have a great night sleep!! : )

Showering in the morning helps enormously... I have to get up at 5:20 or a religion class, adn I'm tired all day if I don't shower n teh morning (meaning if I shower at nite, btw)

You need to keep a more constant schedule, and no going to bed one night early won't really help.

Your best sleeping times are from 10PM to 5AM. Try to be in bed by 10 or 11 and wake up either around 5 to 7.

Now if you are constantly going to be around 8 and wake up at a decent hour--and are still tired--- you are either sleeping too much, have a viral infection, have mono, or another illness. If this is the case, you should go to the doctor.
