I've other been a apt sleeper. I've always be active and I allow myself a 'wind down' time.beforehand. They enunciate, keep a tv out of the bedroom. This may sound stupid, but I'd a bit be safe than sorry... but does anyone know if the cough pill Tussi interfears beside birth control at all? There is nil indicating on my bottle, and I can't recall what the Dr. said b/c it be perscribed months ago (for allergies). I just want to be nontoxic?

You may need to switch stern to nicotine gum a few times, but no matter what, don't offer in to a departure stick!
Go cold turkey. Its really hard during the first week or two but when you really want to standard lamp up again, just reflect of all the reason why you're quitting. Smelly clothes, filthy ash trays, money better spent elsewhere, that cough that never really goes away, your vigour. Soon smoking will be a non-issue, others around you smoking won't even be a problem.
