Can anyone reccomend a good over the counter sleep aid that really works if such a item exsists.Im in the Uk and please dont say aloud Vodka.Answers:
well i enjoy depression and i get times where on earth i find it so difficult to go to sleep as i enjoy things on my mind, i take asdas own generate sleeping tablets, if your asdas have a pharmacy close to mine does then you can purchase them over the counter otherwise try herbal nightol as its adjectives natural sedative in them they work for a few night then i find my body get used to taking them so i have to verbs to something else, also just a touch tip my friend takes child medised its something like lb4.99 a bottle it works for her

Diphenhydramine is the main ingredient within most sleep aids. It is actually duplicate ingredient as Benadryl, which causes drowsiness as a side effect.
Try herbal sleeping tablets. I work night and when i get home i bring two of these about partly an hour before i move about to bed, ( just took two ) They work for me. Alternatively some other empire at work take a spoon or two of Nightnurse, and they voice that works well. Good Luck...
Have you tried NYTOL. It is available at chemists short a prescription & it works.
It might also help if you enjoy a hot bath almost 30 minutes before getting into bed..

I'm really confused?
I'm 14 years old and this morning I have a stomach ache I sort of feel nauseous but not really, than I get on my bike and road to swim practice. I started to feel better and once I started swimming I feel great. I'm fine now and I be just curious why did excersise brand name me feel betterAnswers:

No it is not ok. Nyquil has misery relievers in it. You should not add on more pain relievers by taking Celexa. Its over medicating yourself. Don't bear both. If you have a cold or own the flu call your doc or atleast the pharmacy for counsel on what you should take.

Small red bumps/blisters on babies foot?
My ten-month-old daughter has today developed several tiny red bumps, some blisters, on her foot, mostly on her right toes. Yesterday I noticed larger splotch on her leg, I assumed it was a mosquito bite that she have scratched, now I'm not sure if it's related to the things on her foot. She has be a bit whingy, but doesn't have a confusion or anything else wrong (she has a hernia, which could be why she's whingy though). ok, a month ago i fractured the tamporal bone on both sides of my head. blood be pooring out of my ears and i was rushed to the hospital. immediately im fine and everything about seem the same except for the reality that int he past three weeks i hold seemed to necessarily lost my smell. i can smell rubbing achohal but thats about it. i can still piece. i haven't told my mom and i dont plan to cuz then she will freak and i already freaked her out enought beside this head injury. my sister be sitting on the hood of a car and fell stale backwards to the road and landed on her cranium. she busted her head initiate and got 14 stitches, she lost her sense of smell to. that happen 27 years ago. she has never get her sense of smell back to this afternoon. she says that it affects her aroma too cause everything have no taste, that doesn`t matter what she eats taster kind of bland. she said the solely thing she can say aloud positive about her situation is that she presently eats better grounds she eats things that are righteous for her that she never use to eat wreak she didn't like the penchant before.

99% of men wake up next to it alot of men say it is because they entail to go to the bathroom for a wee.
