Hi I guess you are a smoker and you know exactly why relatives say smoking kill and you just use other excuses to shy away from the truth no smoker listen to the facts. They just also blame everything else. Its not merely the fack that smoking causes cancer its the other point it causes.

My great grandfather be also a 40 a day smoker, died at the ripe older age of 97 (of course they put on the death cert. cancer as the do lol)
because more people die of cancer form smoking or from breathing surrounded by other peoples smoke than by buses!! my great aunt died of smoking. she had lung cancer and be developing throat cancer but it was bone cancer that kill her. her last craving was to come and call round us because she said that when she came down for my mum and dads wedding ceremony it was the best time of her go. she never got to. i never met her. i promised myself i did not want to finishing up like her. i feel the smoking ban may be a bit extreme, but i wouldnt want anyone to die like her. i want them to live their natural life as they want. i want my children to be able to do want they want contained by life and acheive what they desire.

Hi Sue! I’m so sorry to hear you’re feeling unpromising. I had frenzy attacks for 15 years and found a profound change as soon as I started Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I used to own SEVERE panic attacks. I reason part of it is genetic cuz other member of my family own them frequently. However, I also believe it is manifested by echoingly rooted fears and emotional gear which must be dealt next to or you'll never rediscover your inner child so to speak.

In my case I initially go to therapy and also read several self-help books (Emotionally Free and Extreme Self-Care are two books I recommend). It's been 10 years presently since I've had a serious madness attack. Occasionally, I will feel the initial symptoms of a madness attack coming on. One of the things I do now, is of late relax and know that it is source. I then try and pinpoint the wreak. I have found the source is usually that I've have too much coffee that day! (Caffeine is not really moral for people next to anxiety) I try and drink it with moderation though because I relish it.

The bottom line is to transport care of yourself emotionally, physically and spiritually. Letting stir of past hurts is drastically important and research to live in the present and not verbs so much about olden times or the future. Don't be unconfident to take some anti-anxiety medication on moment in time either. Sometimes to be precise needed to think clearly plenty to move forward with dream therapy and self-help. Make sure you get plenty of rest too!

I am 52 and hold had them since I be small. Usually about 2-3 times a year, and they seem to be stress induced. I could make myself own one if I thought about it, and that seem to be how they continue. My scare was that I would 'flip out' mentally and not know how to communicate, remember my childrens' names, etc.
Then I read an article just about them and the main two things it said be: You will not die from one because they do pass, and that ocular stimulation seemed to cause them seem worse.
So the subsequent time I felt one coming on, I closed my eyes to shut out any ocular stimulation, and I breathed deeply, maxim: " This will pass and I am lately fine." It worked. I have short circuited them since doing this wide breathing and repeating my mantra.

OK listen to me. when you have a frenzy attack DO NOT PANIC! i know it sounds weird but seriously what make a panic attack worse is simply by panicking more! so what you do is breath. surrounded by and out. and calm yourself down. consequently when you are calm run and drink something.
you can go to a psychiatric therapist to see whats making the panic attacks come. but i don't suggest taking meds for it. they hold a lot of side affects and intervene next to your daily reason, its also not that easy to grasp off.
if you find it really rugged to calm yourself down i suggest you put in the picture a family/friend so that when you do have it you can nickname them and say "I'm have a panic attack in the order of..." and then they will know how to help you harmony down.

Did your dr. prescribe something for you? There are lots of medications that would support you if you would try. I understand how you consistency. I'm always a short time uneasy taking a new medication. If you enjoy medicine for the anxiety later take one of the pills within the morning when you eat your breakfast. You'll be awake during the year so you'll know if you have a hypersensitivity. It will take a couple of weeks for you to discern a difference so don't give up. Keep taking them every daytime like the doctor prescribed. You will grain normal once they capture in your system. Also, try to spend rather time out in the sun. You may not be absorbing plenty seratonin. You'll get that from the sun.
I expect you are single minus a support group.

Bets bet is to try join a club of society with shared interests.

Watch out for reason that could cause the anxiety though, former trauma, bad neighbours, bully at work, husbands and boyfriends, enemy etc.

Some illnesses and injuries could conceivably cause anxiety.
