Why does my knee pop when I extend my leg and bring it subsidise in? I am a 14 year behind the times who exercises a lot. I havent have any major problems near knee besides scrape. My knee other pops when I walk, run, or when ever I move it. I cant hear it but I can be aware of it when I place my hand on my knees and walk or extend my knees. So why does it pop, is it bad, and should I see a doctor?Answers:

Caffsans is wrong. Your knees is designed to be stronger then your knuckles so they should not pop. You hold a weak ligament in your knees which isnt keeping it in place when you bend it. Wear a brace.
probably not desperate. it probably just one of the small muscles or tendons on your knees clicking up against the bone. could be a result of all the running you do building up the muscles and moving slightly inappropriate. as long as your not in anguish and it doesn't affect your performance.. later don't worry almost it.

For the past couple of months I've experienced dizzy spells. Whenever I capture up from bed or from a couch I get really dizzy, and I see dots everywhere I look. I solely see it for about 30 second and then it disappears. But it's so annoying because whenever I carry up I don't feel devout and it's hard to totter for that amount of time.
