Okay, my little cousin is about 3-4 years frail, because he burns when he goes into the sun we put sun peak on him. But when we did he broke out into a rash where on earth we put the sunscreen.We have tried every type of sun peak that is out within, even the ones for babies. He still breaks out into a rash.

There is no rapid "cure" for a hangover however you can quickly promote your condition by drinking plenty of water and sports drinks such as Gatorade to re-hydrate. Also rest as much as possible (no enthusiastic exercise for at least 12 hours) and obviously, whatever OTC distress medication suits you such as aspirin or Tylenol.
My rule for drinking is one glass of marine or other non-alcoholic beverage between each beer, wine or mixed drink. This track you minimize dehydration that is the leading reason for a hangover the subsequent day.

economically i know a way to prevent it, see when you drink, your body starts to lose sugar, thats what give you the hang over effect the subsequent day, so surrounded by order not to enjoy this feeling, a moment ago eat and pbj sandwitch, why? effect the jelly has a soaring source of sugar and the peanut butter helps next to somthing, i cant remember, but any ways, just put away somthing that has sugar. run to dennys and eat some pancakes. it works.
