I find that consumption sweets inceases my libido, but sweets aren't known for that. Oysters are associated near increased libido.

Problem With Red Face?

I have a problem near my face contained by that if I get thaw out at all my entire obverse goes bright red almost purple, I don't own to be exercising or anything I can be sitting in a room someone puts the grill on and I go bright red. Well im 27 weeks pregnant and i think this is the flu but im not sure. I feel fine most of the morning. I had french toast, corn pops, and hose for breakfast. Why cant i sleep?

depression will definately keep you from sleeping properly. Maybe you should want some help for your depression.
Are you consumption foods high within sugar before going to sleep ? Are you drinking softdrinks or coffee during the afternoon ? If so might be an idea to stay away from these things for a while as the caffine and the sugar can effect relatives differently and that may be keeping you away.
If you are depresed about something this will also maintain you awake. Can you talk near someone who knows you all right about what is making you depresed ? This may be another bearing to help you settle down and find some quallity sleep.
I do this every night. Not everyone requires 8 hours of sleep. I'm lucky if I acquire 4. I do have Bi-Polar so it affects my sleeping totally. One item you said about the depression your have over personal reasons can be the motive for your lack of sleep. Maybe a Doctor will know how to help near meds but I prefer a tea call Kava Kava.
