Is it conventional for kids to cough after have done some sort of physical diversion?

My son always seem to start coughing after running for a while or some similar activity. Does this signify some ailment, or is this commonplace?

If he is doing alot of running or over exerting then it may only just be from that but if he just runs 20 foot or so then it could be asthma problems.

As others own said, it sounds like asthma. However it happen to me and I do not have asthma; I own allergies and when they are bothering me physical activity really sets sour the coughing.

Have your son checked by a doctor. If you don't have insurance, the trialling for asthma is not very expensive. The medication can be expensive though. He may of late need to use an inhaler formerly (and perhaps after) physical entertainment.. My nephew outgrew his after the age of 12.

i have migraine headache with numbness vomiting and blind spots. i completely HATE them.

I completely understand -- I bring them as well (though I haven't have one in a while). You emphatically want to go to your doctor to see in the region of prescription medication (such as Imitrex), but that can be expensive. Personally I've found Excedrin Migraine to be an excellent way to combat the migraines as long as I confine them early (most migraines hold symptoms before the actual headache starts).

Also, most migraines are trigger-events -- meaning something you devour, drink or do will bring them on. Some kinds are genetic, but most will own a trigger. Some triggers can be stress, foods such as chocolate, tomato sauce, cheese, meats, nuts, alcohol (especially wine), absence of sleep, poor daily nutrition, or deficit of exercise.

While many doctors proponent sleeping to alleviate the migraines, that's never worked for me (I always get up up with impossible to tell apart migraine). The best way to hang on to them under control is through lifestyle change. Make a log of your migraines -- what time you get them, what you did during the sunshine, how long it lasts, etc. That will minister to you identify if there are any adjectives threads, such as drinking a glass of wine near dinner or eating cheese on a sandwich. That being said, my girlfriend go and got a persription for a drug call Topamax which controls her migranes very in good health as a preventative.
I had migraines for yrs too. Finally found something that worked. I see a neurologist and in a minute I take topamax to prevent them.

If I achieve a migriane I take celbrex or relpex. But, really I simply get one very soon. once in a great while.

Now I couldn't live next to out this stuff. I know it can't work for everyone but it's worth a try. Plus I don't really have any side effects.
Honestly? Imitrex... it's a prescription drug. i've used Zomig contained by the past, too, but Imitrex have worked best for me.

I've also found that using a combination of caffeine, Tylenol and chocolate has profound impact. Otherwise I alternate a cold pack and a heat pad on the wager on of my neck, put a cool, mushy towel over my eyes and just close them surrounded by a silent room.

i hold chronic migraines as well and i business deal with equal symptoms as you, i get a migraine once a week sometimes twice a week, if im lucky i can turn 2 weeks without one, but thats in danger of extinction. i couldnt have valid migraine meds until i turned 18, and i have be having migraines since i be about 8, so i def well-educated some tricks of the trade. when i get a migraine, i travel sit on the floor of the shower (or lay on the floor, depending on how bad and quick its coming on) and let the hot wet beat at the fund of my head. i'll lay nearby for an hour sometimes maybe more, perchance less, but it really really help, sometimes it makes it walk away completely. sometimes it takes a couple of showers though. also in poor health put an ice pack on one side of my chief and heat on the other. i dont know how i get started with that one but it help as well. chammomile tea near honey and lemon help too, it calm you down. also dont take vicodin or any other narcotic backache killers, it simply makes them worse. and ailing send my fiance out of the apt and block out the window in my room and lay within in the pure murk and silence until i fall asleep and sleep through it. bad get them so fruitless that ill curl up contained by the fetus position for days because the pain is so fruitless that if i move ill vomit. if i uncap my eyes ill vomit. its dreadful believe me i know how you feel. my doc prescribed me next to maxaalt a few months ago (or maaxalt sp?) and that helps usually, however when i be visiting my dad i go with him to his work and his employer give out free boxes of this stuff called migrainex, it doesnt clear you sleepy at all but it kick butt man, now i enjoy him send me a box every month and i with the sole purpose use my maxaalt if the migrainex doesnt work, because the maxaalt is like 20 bucks for a box of 9 pills if your insurance doesnt cover it. so if you can find migrainex, you should definitly try that out. if you enjoy any more questions you can email me at mkeverest1@yahoo.com righteous luck!

I know they aren't the best but Protein shakes will minister to you gain weight, I would also try counterbalance traning, just increase your calorie intake (healthy foods of course) and they tone it up by lifting weights and such.
I enjoy a friend that eats plentifully but doesn't gain a pound. Me on the other hand...if i chomp through junk, i'll gain something. Try not to binge on merely junk food. How do u know if ya hold a clogged milk duct? & how do u vigilance for it/treat it?

i have a lump on my aeriola rt below my nipple & can squeeze milk out wen pressure is applied. i havent breast feed in around...3wks. There has be no leaking or discomfort otherwwise until today.

your probably of late a bit over ful and its tender. try a warm compress to relieve the discomfort it will make you soak a little and don't express the milk b/c you'll newly be making more. A good model is as little stimulation as possiable
Only way to know for sure is to see your dr, but you already know that. If you save expressing milk, you'll keep making it. If you want to discontinue breastfeeding, you'll enjoy to commit to it and be prepared for the few days to a week of discomfort. Personally, mine felt resembling rocks on my chest for about 3 days, but I kept wearing a tight bra, even at hours of darkness, and eventually the milk dried up. I do know that for a while afterwards, whenever I'd pinch a nipple, there would be a similar discharge to what you describe, not tight, but weird in recent times the same. I merely chalked it up to the mystery of being a girl and forgot more or less it. My son is eleven and I've had no problems for several years. Good luck.

BULIMIA-How do you stop?

For maybe over a month presently, I think I may own been suffering from bulimia. During almost every spread, I lose control of myself and tend to overeat. A lot. Then I go to the bathroom and throw conceivably 3/4 of it up. I've been doing plentifully of research lately and I've seen that bulimia can be markedly fatal and can ruin your body. I really want to stop and I've be trying hard to, but for some pretext I cannot seem to stop. A problem I enjoy, though, is that I am currently in a foreign country and will not budge home until the 12th of August. I too am suffering from like peas in a pod problem and I am trying to get capably. It's not easy, I enjoy been doing this for years, you really don't want to travel thru what I've been thru mostly depression along next to a lot of medical problems, anemia, low blood pressure, low potassium, low iron, sour reflux, stomach aches, etc... I hold been surrounded by the hospital several times because of what i have done to myself.
I finally get some professional help and it is helping but it is not something you recuperate from overnight. If you have merely been doing it for a month STOP NOW, BEFORE IT'S TO LATE! Find yourself a honourable doctor not just a shrink but a regular doctor also and hold a check up, try not to put too much food on your plate and only munch through that or eat 6 small meal per day, try to remain around other empire after you eat and don't progress running to the bathroom. Sarah you might want to try some meletonin, it is totally organic and as we get elder or have tons of stress (and who doesnt) we loose it and cant sleep...lots of hose down in the daylight and a good bout of exercise at most minuscule a half hour of non stop exercise is worthy to help you sleep...hope it help

Its other easier for me to fall asleep after have a nice warm hip bath because it helps me relax. You can also try chamomile tea beside a little honey and milk. It's spicy and soothing.
maybe basically try a nice soothing hot bath previously bed with chamomile...

but if you fell stuffy and rather sick maybe taking NyQuil will work it puts you to sleep inside like 10-15 min. it might not be the best bearing but you will fell good surrounded by the morning
