Sleep problems?

i have problems falling asleep and afterwards staying asleep, always hold. any advice? any would be helpfull but i dont want to pilfer meds.

I recommend journaling. Write down all your thoughts from the daylight and clear your mind.

Do I inevitability to procure my kidney removed?

I am only 13 years matured, but for about a year or more presently I get stomach ache and/or cramps almost everyday. Well, let's start here, run to a doctor and explain this, get a CatScan and see whats up. When I be 11 years old I awoke sometime with HORRIBLE stomach agony. I went to the doctor and after a series of test I found out that I had cancer contained by my kidneys. Don't get panic d because my situation was VERY undercooked as it was an full-grown cancer and I am one of only 4 children to contract it, but still it's worth checking.

As for the effects, I have my left kidney removed and a portion of my right. It have no real effect. You should drink river more often as you would solitary have 1 kidney to filter and cleanse the body but thats it. I enjoy not noticed a single adverse affect.

I have a gangliod cyst that reoccurs on my wrist ... days gone by 3 mths I have have a least six flare ups... it go away but just doing minimal tasks will cause it flare up. went to doc and he said unless it cause a anuresym in my wrist not to do anything w/ it. but it is a twinge... swells , hurts to turn it , sharp pains on and off..
