the baking soda should absorb the moisture of the sandals..

yawns are contagious
yes that happen alooooot, it is contageous, my teacher explained it to me....it's resembling a cycle
yes i just yawned coz i read yawn, how bizzare is that!!
i reflect they are just contagious, terribly odd.
Empathy!
Yawning isn't simply contagious. People who yawn after seeing someone else yawn, shows that they have some sensitive of other peoples feelings.
Yawning is not contagious, it is simply a myth! I enjoy successfully brought up a brood of children who do NOT yawn when other people yawn - and I believe explicitly because I never said, "Don't yawn, you'll make me yawn!" while they be impressionable!

Mythbuster Me
no-one know why yawning is contagious, however i believe it is an instinctive reaction when someone take in a huge gulp of air for you to do indistinguishable like survival instict - your brain senses here may be a shortage of oxygen and strives to get what it can while it can.
my idea goes approaching this,
You yawn when your body feels the have need of for extra oxygen (you yawn when you're tired because you stop taking in oxygen as well, which makes your muscles and brain consistency sluggish).
Anyway- your brain needs oxygen, and if it's not getting plenty, it doesn't work as well- so it might not notice that it's not getting plenty. With me so far??
So- when someone yawns in your hinterland, your subconscious takes this as a optical cue- a warning that near might be a shortage of oxygen; so- your brain makes you yawn merely in shield there's a shortage that it hadn't noticed.
Does that work for you?
I conjecture yawning is contageous because everytime that I watch this pepsi or coke commercial be they show all the ancestors yawning I just start yawning.
There contagious, I yawned when I read this interview!
It's because you have control qualities. You should mix an MBA program.
I actually merely yawned, I don't know but it is true. now you enjoy made me sleepy and I am really yawning. Apparently even seeing the word triggers the same sensitivity!

Good question though, when you sneeze nobody else sneezes, wonder why solitary yawns are contagious?
its an involuntary reaction
Thanks for that i've basically yawned.
It does not just evolve to you it is a design fault beside human nature. you see someone else yawn and see what happens. maclaren

Clearing your outer ear and ear canal of any drainage and flaky skin allows topical medication to work more effectively. Your doctor may perform this procedure beside a suction device or a cotton-tipped probe. To prevent further irritation or injury, don't verbs inside your own ear unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

Topical medications. Your doctor may prescribe eardrops containing antibiotics to face-off infection and corticosteroids to reduce itching and inflammation. Use eardrops unreservedly (four to five drops at a time) to penetrate the completion of your ear canal. If your ear strait is swollen, your doctor may insert a special wick into your ear to allow the drops to reach the closing of your ear canal.

Oral medication. In some cases, doctors suggest using oral medications contained by addition to topical treatments. Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), such as aspirin or ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, others), may abet ease severe ear affliction. Ask your doctor which over-the-counter pain medication is best for you. Always cart NSAIDS with food.
Lifestyle modifications. Don't swim, fly or scuba dive during treatment for swimmer's ear. For the most influential treatment results, water should be kept out of the ear. Talk to your doctor something like your bathing habits.

Home Remedies
A squirt of rubbing alcohol. First, put your skipper down, with the artificial ear up. Pull the ear upward and backward (to lend a hand straighten the canal) and squeeze a dropperful of alcohol into the ear canal. Wiggle your ear to catch the alcohol to the bottom of the canal. Then tilt your herald to the other side and let the alcohol drain out.

A kitchen solution. Eardrops of white vinegar or equal parts of alcohol and white vinegar will destroy fungus and bacteria. Use it like way you would alcohol.

Mineral grease, baby grease, or lanolin. These can be preventive solutions before swimming. Apply as you would the alcohol.

Keep it dry. Since the irritation of swimmer's ear wear away earwax, you can manufacture your own variation using petroleum jelly. Moisten a cotton ball near the jelly, and tuck it gently, approaching a plug, just contained by the edge of your ear. It will involve any moisture, keeping your ear warm and dry.

Soothe away backache with grill. Warmth—a towel fresh from the dryer, a covered hot-water bottle, a heating wipe set on low—also will help make less burdensome the pain.

Leave your earwax alone. Earwax serves several purposes, including harboring friendly microbes, say Dr. Kamerer and Dr. House. Cooperate near your natural defenses by not swabbing the wax out. Wax coats the ear waterway, protecting it from moisture.

Blow-dry your ears. Eliminate the moisture in your ears, every time you procure them wet, whether or not you suspect an infection. Pull the flap of your ear up and out to straighten the ear waterway and aim your hair dryer into your ear from 18 to 20 inches away. Use any a warm or cool setting, but tolerate the dryer blow for 30 seconds. That will dry the ear, eliminate the moist conditions bacteria and fungi find most attractive for growth.

Does Ischemia show up everytime you experience Angina?

I feel I suffered an Angina attack roughly speaking a week ago. However I had some trialling but there be no signs of heart disease or ishemia. I had be drinking the new Diet Pepsi Max for around four days and I feel it made me own a coranary spasm which caused my Angina. Is this a suitable assumption? Please give me some insight. Thanks
Answers:
Well...
First, Angina (angina pectoris, that is) is chest anguish that is due to ischemia. Therefore, if within is no ischemia, then it is most categorically not Angina.

Second, Ischemia just funds a lack of blood supply...and in consequence, a lack of oxygen. It does NOT be determined that heart cells hold died, it just channel that cells are "hungry" for oxygen. And this oxygen "hunger" contained by heart cells manifest itself as chest pain specifically called "Angina".

When the heart cell actually DIE (angina that "go on too long", so to speak), this is called Infarction. When this happen, a person is said to enjoy a "Myocardial Infarction"...which is just medical mumbo jumbo for "Heart muscle cell dying" or in laymans lingo, "Heart attack".

When heart cells in truth DIE (infarction), they release all these chemicals contained by the blood stream that can be measured. These are called the cardiac enzymes (Troponin, CK-MB, CPK, etc). Based on the level of these enzymes in the blood, a doctor can see that infarction have occured (i.e. it "shows up").

During Ischemia, the heart cells are "hungry" for oxygen, but they aren't motionless. Therefore, their cell walls are still intact and the cardiac enzymes are not released into the blood stream. Therefore, by blood tests, Ischemia does not "show up".

Subtle signs of "ischemia" may "show up" during ACTIVE ischemia on an EKG, but next (after the chest pain have gone away) these changes be in motion away. This is why doctors order "exercise stress tests". They trade name you run until you are out of breath...to bring in your heart beat really express...in proclaim to increase the demand for oxygen surrounded by the heart. If the heart can't keep up...and the cell become "hungry" for more oxygen (ischemia), then some subtle change will show up on the EKG. This is what dictates a positive excercise stress test.

As for drinking adjectives the Diet Pepsi Max, it is very unlikely that this cause you to have a "coronary spasm" foremost to angina. It is MUCH more likely it is adjectives GI related - acid reflux from the caffeine that decrease your esophageal sphincter tone...or possibly an esophageal spasm.

However, I'd talk to your doctor to sort sure cardiac disease is completely out of the question, especially if you hold any risk factors (male, smoker, diabetes, big blood pressure, high cholesterol, domestic history of heart disease).

The "gold standard" for ruling out cardiac disease is a cardiac catheterization - where on earth they stick a tube up your femoral artery (in your groin area), shoot a dye through your coronary arteries, and snap photos via x-ray to visualize the flow (or blockage) of blood in your coronary arteries.

But if a entity has a glum "thallium stress test" or an negative "stress echo" (both smaller amount invasive tests), then cardiac disease is unlikely and a cardiac catheterization is usually not even required.

In any event, I hope this give you some added insight.
