Are my symptoms of IBS?
What causes IBS? For the recent past 8 days or so, I've had gurgling within the bowel (lower stomach area), that resembles a mild 'period pain' (it is not my period, by the way). When I leave behind urine, I get extremely watery stools that comes away from my final passage too, beside intermittent gas and gurgling. I have no blood or anything 'suspicious' looking. I don't think you enjoy IBS. I think you're purely eating too heaps strawberries. Hi, I own IBS and find that if I eat seriously of fruit then I take virtually the same symptoms. I saw my dietitian on Monday and she said to build up on extra fruit slowly - berries are one of the worst fruits for someone beside IBS. I've never have any marks on my foot except for tan grades...you're probably allergic ...you have to look at other possibilities besides thinking it be the store you got it from...you probably thought they be rude because they didn't tell you what you looked-for to hear..take the flip flops near you to the doctor and find out because 10 days is a lot unless you hold on to scratching making it worse.

I drink lots of water, but they preserve coming back almost 2 to 3 times per week. Maybe sometimes less, but usually not. How do I go and get rid of them without taking greatly of drugs? I used to get headache frequently so I can sympathise. The thing which help me most was lavender. The smell of lavender sprayed or dropped on me merely as a headache was apparoaching prevented it from reaching full force.
Other than that, try wash your hair next to cool water and maybe a minty/menthol shampoo.
