That stuff is really addictive. The more you use, the more you need. Go see your Dr. they'll probably supply a scrip for something called Flonase. it's a cortisone spray and it will relieve after a few days. In the meantime, just be prepared for some stuffy night.
No you dont have OCD.I have the same problem,that's funny.I have to use it everyday for about 2 months because my antenna would stop up just to carry the spray,I thought I was addicted to it,them sometime I didnt use it and it went away

Flonase didn't help, it lately seemed to trade name it worse. Sometimes I try to double up on decongestants. I hope the acupuncture works...I'm sick of it.

I was close to this really bad closing school year. Tired no business what. I just go to sleep whenever i felt tired, and i really didn't vigilance. Then again i'm 15 and you are probably alot older than me and own more things to do than i do. You can try going to the doctor, maybe in attendance is something causing it that you don't know going on for and they can find it. It's worth a try. Or you could at least drink some activeness drinks or something, just not too masses.

I am 44 yrs old. I go for a vitamin therapy IV today (my first). (Maybe close to a Myer's Therapy IV?) Only vitamins, b12, b6, vit c, magnesium and sterilized water, etc. I own mild/moderate asthma with no indisputable problems the last few months. The DR put the IV surrounded by my hand, found it wasn't working later put into the crook of my inner arm, no problems. It didn't even hurt. I have 4 kids, so TONS of IVs the ultimate several yrs. After 15-20 mins, I felt "funny", giddy and started coughing my asthmatic cough. I felt tight. He said it be a vasovagal reaction and discontinued the IV. I steal 1000 mg vitamin C with 8 oz of river about every hour for a time when I get a cold and other feel better by the subsequent day. I own never had a cold second more then 2 days when I do this. Quercitin is also works terrifically good but is thorny to find.

That is great exercise for strengthening the legs and improving cardiovascular conditioning, plus burns closely of calories. I would caution though that this is tricky on the knees and can prematurely wear down the knees. I would recommend you do this 2-3 days a week and find a more knee friendly exercise similar to walking or swimming to do other days in the week.
