It probably will taste awful and it will create you dizzy and nauseated. And if you have made it in need a smoke for over 3 months, don't start up again now. Just chew on a cinnamon stick or drink a sucker or do something else but please don't smoke!!

This is extremely embarrassing to yak about... I almost have an accident while driving one time due to diarrhea. I made it home, but merely barely, and ever since next I am petrified to get contained by a car near anyone. It hits me so suddenly that I only hold about 30 second to get to a bathroom. I can't speak on behalf of nicotine gum, but regular gum doesn't assistance. It tricks the mond into thinking that you're eating. And what is the first entity that you do after you eat? SMOKE.
When I quit smoking, chewing gum really help me. It wasn't the nicotine gum, just regular gum. Whenever I required a cig. I would just chew the heck out of some gum instead. Good luck
Yeah, it help me out a bit, but I was already a rabid gum chewer and smoker when I quit. I like lollipops the best. The ones with the gum surrounded by the middle were even better.

It only help a bit. What I found most unbearable roughly quitting smoking was suddenly not have anything to do with my mitt after 20 years of constantly using it to smoke. Every time I thought I was doing pretty pious, I would suddenly reach for a cigarette, remember I couldn't hold one and feel... 'lost'. I found you gotta preserve your life really busy. Start working out, step for walks or jog, whatever. Get really stirring. Anything to keep you busy through the tough time.
