very addictive. it's easier said than done to quit to. it reduces stress for most citizens. I find that if you want to quit, get the patch and pick up a hobby. start working out or do karate. it reduce stress because it releases endorphins. this chemical makes you be aware of better and happier.

Shrooms. are certainly kind of cool, they second a while, taste close to ****, bbut give you a trail effect... it's complex to explanie if you've never tried them.
what ever you do, try your best not to take them. I took pot and bitter, and i had to dance through rehab becuase they are WAY to addicting. gettting "high" can last partly an hour to an hour, and yes, it does feel amazing. however, once the "high" is over, within is a tremendous drop in your mood, and you start response depressed. thats when you feel the inevitability to take more and more of the drug- until it become an addicting.
pot can do the following:

-increased sexual drive
-addiction
-change in adittiude
-increase within appitite
-nasty teeth and breath
-dry mouth
-cancer
if your found with pot, you capture a BIG FAT fine.

Sleeping problems?

i can't go to sleep until 2:30 a.m. on a regular reason can someone give me warning on how to get to sleep quicker

First thing you want to do is make your room a place for sleep. Make sure your room is cool and gloomy. Do not use your room for any activity except sleep if possible. If you inevitability some form of white noise, fan, noise machines, current makers etc are upright, but do not listen to the radio or watch tv to trip up asleep as they actually disturb your sleep cycle, and you can become dependant on them for sleep.

Some item to not do before bed- Watching TV, man on the computer, playing video games are bad right up to that time bed because often times it excites your mind. Try something soporific like a thaw out shower or bath, reading, meditation since bed. Also, working out before bed is moral, just formulate sure you finish at least 1 hour past you plan on sleeping, and take a nice melt shower to relax you.

Some sleep aids are warm tea <they hold relaxation and night time teas, look for those> reheat milk, a glass of red wine <lately one glass, more can disturb your sleep> even a short time ago hot water next to lemon and honey. If those dont work you can try a pill form of sleep aid, but make sure you dance to bed at the same time every dark or you wont create a sleep cycle, meletonin is a good untaught sleep aid. Then theres tylenol pm or a specific otc sleep aid. if none of those work, talk to your DR, ive found Lunesta and Ambien to be the best RX sleep aids.
Play badminton for 2-3 hours.They you will wonder.

The best point is practice. Start out small, and work up to bigger and more challenging situations.

- Read audibly. Grab a book and start reading out loud to yourself every dark before bed (or whenever you own a little muted time alone). A half hour every daylight will be good practice. Don't simply read the same nature of things though, read novels, modern and classic, read the tabloid, read magazines, everything audibly! ((even if it doesn't help, you'll be well-read!)))

- Sing. Even if it's in recent times singing along to the radio while driving to work, or singing your favorite song in the shower.

- Volunteer to read to the elderly. You can probably find a senior center and explain that you want to develop your stammering, and ask if they have a small group you can read to twice a week or something. Explain your situation to them, and they'll know how to listen to you and support you.

- Sign up for a public speaking class at a local high college or junior college. This will give you practice within front of a large group of strangers.

Just preserve practicing and when people speak something, try to ignore their comments. Maybe come up with of 2 or 3 come-backs you can say when ancestors say something to you. Like, "yeah, so what if I stammer for a time when I talk, at lowest possible I'm not ______" and then cram in the blank. It may be for a time immature, but sometimes you of late have to speak something back. :)

I'm lacotse intolerant and I rarely guzzle dairy. I've tried supplement but they are gross and make my stomach hurt. I've be told that because I don't intake enough calcium my nail will be weak, my bones will and my teeth enamel will too. Is that adjectives?

The force of a sneeze is no where on earth near plenty for your eyeballs to blow out of your head, and it is a myth that it is in close proximity the speed of a hurricane.
because the force of the sneeze would be enough to blow our eyeballs out. The body know this so won't allow you to keep your eyes instigate.
Because it would probably blow your eyeballs right out their sockets. The pressure in losing your eyes would be very glorious.
