I own a rough university diary. Up at 4:30 am to corner my two trains, I can take more or less 30 minutes combined sleep while commuting.I take to sleep at 11 because of my massive workload, and I sleep on a couch, which have given me spinal column, shoulder and collar problems throughout the hours of daylight.
