Waking up during the darkness...?
I've been wake up during the night becasue I own the urge to urinate. It's been up for the last couple of weeks. I really want to own a full night's sleep. I'm 16 and generally don't drink liquid 3 hours before bedtime. Any suggestions?Answers:

Why do culture DROOL while sleeping?
I know it sounds silly or inane, but I'm honestly curious! *chuckle* Why is it that for many general public, we drool while asleep, if our head is turned to one side or the other and our mouth open while we're sleeping? I've noticed it's the worst if I sleep on my stomach, but it sometimes also happen when I'm on my side.I know our mouths always hold SOME saliva in them, but why do our mouths sort so much of it if we're not doing things that really need it, such as consumption or talking? I would expect saliva production would capture LESS while we're sleeping, but it doesn't seem to be that process. *blush* Anyone know why? Also, anyone have any remedies? I've thought of taking an antihistimine since bed, but that tends to dry me out TOO much.

If you are wondering why family yawn when they are tired or bored, it is because when you are bored you begin to breath shallower short even noticing it. Therefore, here is a lack of oxygen. My guess would be yes. First, when we look at our lifestyle compared to the Europeans, we are constantly pressed to "keep up near the Jones'" as the saying go here...we work longer and longer hours and spend more and more time commuting longer and longer distances to make more money to enjoy more "things". Meanwhile, that leaves less time for physical movement (mind you many parts of Europe still bike or stroll (at least a portion) to work) while contained by the US, the average commute is primarily by car and taking longer and longer as urban sprawl continues. In the meantime, we find smaller quantity time to eat natural and often opt for the "fast" banquet. Unfortunately, this usually involves a high fat/high sugar diet. Plus, American entertainment revolves heavily around food. We run "out" to eat on weekends, we budge to movies where more food is served,.food seem to be on everyone's mind. Furthermore, the notion that big meal portions are a sign of a "worthy restaurant" is ingrained in our brains. Plus, we discern compelled to eat what is on our plate if not we've "wasted" our money.
As an American myself, I see how the epidemic has head to heavier and heavier children who are less and smaller amount active. Yet, I see some apposite changes as in good health. Many school lunch programs are eliminate processed foods and getting rid of vending machines. Changing from soda to a low calorie drink can save relatives hundreds of calories a day. Finally, campaign to limit unwanted items food advetisements are trying to limit the exposure to children...taking ad out of schools, past its sell-by date television (although hopefully we are turning past its sell-by date the television). Many California style restaurants are getting the right idea...serving smaller, appropriate portions, and in need processed foods.

Why overcome it? Everyone has to die sometime so why not die near a full stomach and a smile on your face.
