Seriously, usually when I procrastinate it is because I am overwhelmed or intimidated by the situation. Either the task is too difficult, or in that are too many problems to focus on freshly one.
My solution is I find something I know I can do - mow the lawn, do grocery shopping, etc - successfully first. It puts me within motion, makes me grain more confident. Then I tackle a small element of the big problem...like reading the classifieds first until that time I call or email a company for a charge.
