What is this chance spasm contained by my chest?
For over 24 hours now I enjoy been have this very mortified sensation in my chest/sternum. I thought it might be heartburn but tums didn't relieve at all and in that is no burning sensation. They best way I can describe it is that it feel exactly the same as when you hold a drink and it goes down the tube contained by one hard raw lump.It's just close to that over and over. It feels similar to it is moving downward each time. My chest is also commencing to feel tight.
Any long-suffering answers would be greatly appreciated. Other than the weird pains I surface fine, no other symptoms.

Yes the salt sea will help. Sorry if your going through this I enjoy been here about 8 times myself! Here are things I hold tried and have be true! A mint toothpaste dabbed on tooth, or better but a sugarless mint gum chewed on your good side to brand name soft and laid on sore tooth. Also use cold compresses even a can of soda wrapped with a composition towel on the outside of your cheek can help to take the edge off pain. NEVER use bake as this can draw out an infection making the pain worse. Take an ib profen as this is an anti-inflammatory . Don't lay an asprin on the tooth as mentioned since as this can cause a burn to your gums making the twinge even worse. Get to your dentist as soon as possible, pain is usually from an infected tooth! I hope this help you as much as it has help me over the years!! Good luck to you!!

Anyone from AZ know - Does the extreme summer temperature and dryness, wreak bulk gain or mass loss?

lmao sweat 10 pounds a year.? are you out in the sun 24/7?? you can die stale dehydration and sun damage... all right to your question i believe your coworker lied to you... i live within az too... the temp can do none or slight changes to your counterweight. unless you are jogging surrounded by the heat and excersing profusely...
To use your term, this is "bunk." You can sweat seriously each morning but other than minimally boosting the cargo you lose from water counterweight, it won't affect your overall health. But, you do want to be careful when exercising outside because AZ is so dry you don't realize how much hose down you really are losing--keep water next to you at all times.
When I be younger and much more physically active, I could loose a substantial amount of counterweight in s short time of time... and alot of it was sweating within the heat. Now that I'm elder and my metabolism has slowed down [way down] the merely thing sweating within the heat does for me is pass me a whopping headache. I think for most populace the summer represents weight loss because they're out doing more. And they want to look appropriate in smaller quantity clothing. And the great garden foods are everywhere... instead of the winter comfort foods, like mac and cheese.
