i weigh 143 pounds and my height is 6"0, i started wokring out finishing year under the supervision of a professional trainer how provided me beside exercise program, for 3 months i never changed, my eating traditions were matching and i didnt get bigger, i get bored and stopped. 3 months ago i got protein shake and started drinking 2 servings respectively day for one month, i wastn working out within that time and i also didnt gain anything, my muscles are still weak. Breathing Problem?

exrays and listen to your chest can not show signs of asma. They should have have you blow into a tube 3 times. My daughter and I both suffer. they should have atleast tried you on an inhaler. Call your regular doctor put a bet on and tell them you want to try an inhaler. you do not enjoy to buy one they have sample and can give you one. I work for a dr. I know adjectives the tricks. Make sure they show you how to use it properly. They may also have to write you a perscription for a tube that connects to the inhaler. my daughter have to use that. it makes a big diffrence. Those they don't hold. my guess allergy induced asma!!

It's ok but you really aren'tdoing your body any good, if you want to see results efficient you should limit it to 45 min. 10 min cardio at clad speed then crank up the speed to almost a sprint for a few minutes next back to a wearing clothes speed for 10 then wager on to a sprint for a few minutes. That will get you the fastest results. Then work out on the machines or free weights, no more than 12 reps no smaller amount than 8 reps your last rep should be frozen to complete that's how you know your using the correct weight, and net sure you alternate your exercises every other day to work out adjectives muscles that allows them to heal within between.
That is a lot but it can't hurt if you guzzle healthy too.

What can effect a headache over weeks?

I asked a similar question to this formerly, but the information has changed reasonably a bit. I've had nagging headache for about 3 or 4 hours a afternoon. It was suggested it be a sinus infection, so I went to the doctor, he prescribed amoxicillin. The headache *seemed* to achieve better while taking the amoxicillin, but 2 weeks after I stopped they seem to be spinal column. Not too sure whether the amoxicillin was of late a coincidence or not. Doctor couldn't find anything else wrong with lungs/heart/blood pressure/eyes etc. I own no fever, haven't have any congestion or allergies or anything, so I'm not too sure whether it could be a sinus infection or not. The pressure/pain seems to be slightly complex than my temples. I enjoy no other symptoms besides the headache. Is it possible I could have a sinus infection next to no fever or congestation that comes posterior 2 weeks after taking amoxicillin with the pressure slightly above the temple, or should I look more at tension-type headaches? Thanks for your assist!

yes you do have sinus pressure. i basically found out on Wednesday that i have sinus pressure. i get an MRI done on Monday and it showed my headaches are grounds by sinus pressure.

glad to here that it wasn't nothing more serious.

You should enjoy your home checked for mold. But I would also look at possible tension headache. Thats probably more likely.
Are you contained by the same place when it happen? It could be something in the atmosphere around where you are. Perfume, sports car fumes, etc...
A couple of things... is it possible that you have changed something within your routine?, i.e. for a New Year's Resolution I gave up Mtn Dew and have headaches for days. Finally, the doctor told me that I be having a caffeine deduction. So it could be something like that, conceivably a change surrounded by eating behaviour, change within eye wear prescription (if you have one), stiffness, stress, there various things that it could be. Your headache sounds like a tautness headache. I kept getting tension headache daily, this is cause by stress/anxiety. You'll have to settle about treatment option with your doctor. Do not excessively pinch pain medication like tylenol because you could develop spring up headache. Also i'd reccomend more sleep, better eating customs, and exercise really seemed to lend a hand. My uncle had something similar to that and he needed to procure surgery, because his sinus' were severly swollen. But if your doctor have checked you out it might be something else. There is a type of headache called a "Cluster headache" and this might be what you are experiencing. Here's small snippet of the article on WebMD this might know how to help you. I would ask your doctor if they thought this could possibly be what you are suffering from.

Are Prescription Sleep Medications better than Over the Counter?

I'm thinking about going to the doctor because of my chronic sleeping problems, but if he's newly going to prescribe me sleep meds and that's it, I was wondering if they're better.

I enjoy been an insomniac for years and I own used quite a few different products. The biggest difference I own noticed is that OTC, resembling tylenol pm or benadryl, generally give you with a hangover effect. They can also end in trouble for you if you use them for long periods of time. Of the prescription products, lunesta seem to work the best for me. Ambein CR works ok, too. I stay away from trazodone, it leaves me very groggy. Hope this help.
The previous answerer was right. OTC sleep products contain benadryl, which works for some ethnic group but can have the converse effect and cause dry mouth. Prescription sleep aids work on the sleep portion of your brain. These are much more effectual but can have side affects. Talk to your doctor and try to seize some sleep. Good luck.
