I'm sorry to tell you this, but near is NO WAY to get him to quit smoking unless he requirements to. If he does want to however, there are support groups, try the patch, i hear its worked for some family, or he can try the gum. he can also try cold turkey, or he can carry around a ziplock amorphous with carrot sticks (because most race aren't necessarily addicted to the cigarette, just the habit) and whenever he get a craving he can just chew on a carrot stick. (if he smokes greatly you might want to get him a horse shoulder bag of carrots and cut them up lol) anything you do don't nag on him to quit if he's trying, just be his support system and agree to him know your proud of him.
Dont kiss him, tell him the smell bothers you. If he care enough for you he will at most minuscule attempt to quit. Give him reasons to quit. Stand firm!

I quit in 1993 after almost 100 tries. I really wanted to quit but I loooooved to smoke (probably due to the addiction).
I used the nicorette gum. I like it because it really helped me procure past the cravings and unlike the patch, I be doing something. (I'm not knocking the patch, lots of those like it).
I also listen to self help tape in my vehicle. It gave greatly of good planning ie trading in a unpromising addiction (smoking) for a good addiction (gardening, playing guitar, knit .) Rewarding yourself when you reach milestones similar to buying yourself something you really want.
It also gave facts ie the craving just lasts roughly speaking 1 and 1/2 minutes so if you can hold out that long, it will go away. Also, respectively time you don't give within to a craving it will be longer before the subsequent one hits.
The hardest thing for me to grasp be that I could never smoke again. I failed surrounded by the past because after a month or so I would reward myself near a cigarette.

okay its all around consistency. u gotta go to bed at alike time every night. even if u progress to bed at 11 at night here is no way u should sleep til 2 unless ur body go into a coma. some easy ways to bring back up are to get up for a purpose close to get a commission when u gotta be at work at 10 or get surrounded by a sport and u'll have an untimely practice or find a tv show if ur lazy and bring up cuz u wanna watch that tv show. another tip is a family unit member to get up u up or a friend to wake u up any by pulling ur sheets off ur bed or only just calling u on the fone til u wake up. also on the alarm clock use the radio and turn up the volume adjectives the way up when i do this it scare the **** outta me and i jump outta bed. the final thing is to not put shades over the window becuz unless u live in a cavern the sun will wake u up cuz its sooo bright.

Ok, I am experiencing a few problems. I will list these.1.Loss of memory, Eg. I can remember what I have for lunch or dinner 4 days ago. I cant even remember what I did!

The computer isn't the bring of this. And lots of people own minor short term memory loss, eg, they can't remember what they ate for a buffet or something like that. As for facial features you might want to recount your doctor about this and see what he think. It's probably nothing, but of late to be safe. Try some memory games or something, subsequent time you log onto the computer! Idk, things like that give the impression of being to be very agreeable! :D
