First off, I specifically do not condone unprotected sex. I just have a slip up, a huge one, when me and my girl had sex w/o a condom. I've noticed that when summer comes around I scarcely want to eat anything any, I believe that it's the temperature. But, you still have need of to eat, even if it's close to a piece of toast and applesauce in the morning later eat it. You can even try fruit. Try consumption fruit in the morning or even as an afternoon or past due night snack and contained by the evening for dinner eat a small salad near maybe some chicken or shrimp, or any other meat of your choice.
