How do you minimize repetition of a hernia?
my dad had hernia surgery later march and end december and he just developed another one a couple of days ago. none of his hold been laproscopic, he's have to be cut open for both and will most potential need surgery for this one. i'm really worried because i'm departure for college soon and i won't be here to take exactness of him so i need to know if within are ways to reduce him have more after this?Answers:

it tend to have an amnesia affect on some folks. if you take too much, you can find clumsy and forget stuff. i had a room mate that took 8 ambien. i made him run to the ER and he didnt remember any of it..almost like a blackout.
I own taken it (responsibly). But it did make me clumsy and verbs, so i dont take it any more. that stuff scare me!
that's all i know just about ambien, i dont personally know something like dependency issues.

Taking normal amount of anti depressants is OK but too much will head her to schizophrenia, since those to mental sicknesses are opposites of each other. So it is better if she consultation to someone, a friend, a family applicant or better to a psychologist.

Try thinking about things you own in your enthusiasm to be grateful about..friends ,kinfolk, smarts exc.. ( it's hard to see the bright side when your down I know). It sounds approaching your board out of your mind. You may be suffering from depression too. There is help and remedies out nearby for depression that really work! One thing that works to rearrange my mood is a good work out. Set some personal goal to improve your physical self and increase your flurry level. Make time from your studies to clutch care of yourself and socialize beside others. Meet new race, do new things..enjoy great sex. But if you're really feeling down, I would desire counseling..please! It really does help. Good luck
