Since sometime in April, my collar has be very stiff. 3. eat a bananna
4. some culture drink a coke. it doesnt work for me but my mom uses that one.
most importantly, dont lay down, your blood starts to thin out and your headache will achieve worse.

Am I depressed or am I sick?
Sometimes I think when I am down within the dumps and feeling similar to the whole world is mis treating me, it make me physically sick.Lately, I have be having crucial aches and pains, headache , my teeth hurt. I am tired, but when I go to bed, I cannot sleep, or I can progress to sleep and then wake up up in 1 or 2 hours. I am energyless, I dread going to work or do housework. I dont consistency like doing anything except one really despondant about my situation contained by life right very soon. On the other hand, I expect I may have viral symptoms. My upper cheek bones hurt.
I dont want to talk more or less it to my physician or discuss it with my relations out of shame. What should I do?
PS: I had this really bloody dental cleaning just about 3 weeks ago and my teeth hurt really bad afterwards to the point I almost could not put away. Now my upper teeth are sensitive to cold and hurt, so that may be legitimate distress.
