You will be fine with paracetamol.
Avoid Paracetamol/Acetaminophen, it may own a drug interaction with Prozac.
As for what to rob, OTC ibuprophen/Motrin would probably do the trick, but as always, contact your doc first.
Edit: As for no twinge killers interacting near prozac that is not true. virtually adjectives narcs with acetaminophen require word of warning:

Acetaminophen is the same as Paracetamol within case you be wondering.

I don't think any painkillers interact beside prozac. If you keep to the right dosage it should be ok. If you are within the UK call up NHS Direct for confirmation. I be on seroxat once and there be no dangers of taking painkillers next as long as I was taking the recommended dosage. Try a hot dampen bottle too which will help within the meantime if you can't get ahold of any medical professionals at this time.

In common it's ok to take any analgesic with prozac. Problems can come to pass when you start taking opiates, such as codiene as they both depress the central anxious system which can cause problems such as dry mouth and difficulty urinating. This is not normallly too much of a problem when your body is used to the drugs, but as you hold only freshly started taking prozac, and you don't take codienes regularly I would read aloud steer clear of the opiates, unless you want to resemble a zombie ;)

Prozac = fluoxetine, interacts next to tramadol, other painkillers like paracetamol, Ponstan and ibuprofen are fine.
Never use co-codamol, it is little better than paracetamol and is addictive,constipating and can produce headache and abdominal dull pain.

With or short drinking a lot of fluids, most of the time, it stays within the blood stream for a few months. BUT it will still within your coat cells UNTIL they grow out.. so you may want to consider applying for a different charge if they take a down sample.
You KNEW you have to take a urine drug theory test yet you smoked pot ANYWAY? HOW TOTALLY STUPID of you! You DESERVE to flunk the trial. and probably WILL. anyone will tell you that confident things WORKED for them... but what works for ONE may NOT always work for another. I took it for about nine months, give or take a few 12 years ago, after my parents died. I was suffering from depression, and it worked wonderfully for me. I have no side effects, and it just made me perceive more like myself than I have in a long time. When I go off it, I still feel good - and I haven't needed it again since after.
I would read the fine print that comes with it, going on for possible side effects, so you know what to look for. Also, medication alone is rarely the answer for things that depress you, so I would recommend that you find a perfect therapist to natter to (if you haven't already.) Together they can work wonders.
