Why do I gain plentifully of phlegm whenever I run? I receive greatly of phlegm when i run and after spicy chinese food?

try really cleaning the lens before u put it surrounded by ur eye and appply some solution on it and very slowly apply pressure while inserting ( lens i scrounging ) .
Neck lump enquiry?
I found a lump on the side of my neck today and am contained by need of some reassurance lol. It's on the side resembling I said, towards the back and just about the size of a tiny pea. It hurts a little when I touch it. I hold done a little research but am still cautious. It may be an enlarged lymph node but I have not contracted an infection not long unless the common cold is considered one. I didn't wear a jacket a couple of days ago when I really should hold so I may have caught the cold but am not showing symptoms on the other hand. I plan to contact my doctor for an appointment tomorrow but in the meantime, does anyone enjoy any idea what this may be?Late second year, I had a benign 'mole'(as my doctor put it) surgically removed from my breast. Could this be related?

It is probably a lymph node. The common cold can wreak enlarged lymph nodes. Go ahead and see your doctor to reassure yourself :-) but I think you'll be fine.
