How do I control my anger when lately, my anger have be controlling me?

I broke up with my Fiance who i've be seeing for two years. I then get together with another girl, two months then, and she broke up with me as powerfully... after both break-ups i fell into a depression, and by the second, the rebound girl, I grain into a suicidal depression. I went to a counsaler and he told me that he would call for me to make an appointment but never did... so he forsaken me. But ever since then I own been so angry. I hold been angry past, we all own, but I have never lost control or even hit someone surrounded by anger. I'm losing it though. for the past 4 months I own been living beside this gigantic rage inside. and I'm not sure how to control it anymore. I read out things I don't mean to associates, hurt people... and at matching time, I think i'm falling lower than a suicidal depression again. I'm going to see another counsaler to get minister to for myself... but how does someone get through something similar to this? How do they control their anger? I feel helpless. i'm 20. I dunno wat 2 do.

Dear 20. Anger is so powerful. It can really wreak a lot of niggle. I have be there myself and in that is not any one solution. I am a Christian and conversation with God, prayer and reading the bible have been my rock. The book of Job is an excellent example of someone who have had so much tragedy and anger but also will lend a hand in seeing that you can win through it. Sometimes however some medical help is requisite. Something to relax you might help. Counseling is beneficial. I saw a grief counselor with Hospice. There be no charge and a loss of anykind that causes grief and other emotion is something they will address( my local hospice was incredibly helpful). You need to be aware of good around yourself and not let someone else, girlfriend, set down who you are or how your life should be. Find things that bring you merriment. Help others. Take the focus off yourself. I know this may nouns like "yeah right", but you are critical and should be loving yourself and life and others. Please, do not consent to "things" anger you. Talk to someone. A friend perhaps. I will mull over of you and pray for you. Feelings are so powerful, we need to remember that we can control them. It take some learning of methods that will help out you as you are an individual and we are not all alike and have not walk in your shoes. Remember, YOU are prominent and have a purpose contained by life. Take in the future at a time and that is adjectives you can do. Life is sweet and difficult. It is worth living. Depression..?

Any suggestions to deal near mild depression other than anti-depressants? I own no energy and no motivation. I perceive awful because its my family specifically suffering. Please any advice or concept would be appreciated.

I have several extremely similar red dots. They look like little popped capillary, right? They are called hemangiomas if they are duplicate thing that I own. They never go away miserably, but they are not too noticeable, so I would of late forget about them. A doctor told me that they transpire quite frequently when beneath large amounts of stress. Ive have little marks approaching that before. I dont regard as its a broken blood vessel. The little marks I have like that took a markedly long time to go away. One, you could hold on to a diary of your symptoms so you could show it to your doctor, no matter how you're outlook.

Two, you could consider that the horrible feeling is mental and not physical surrounded by origin and that the plea you feel better when you walk to the doctor is that you are taking positive action. Stomach pains?

My mother experiences frequent spells of very intense stomach dull pain. At the onset of it, she feel very hot, and starts sweating GALLONS of sweat, mostly on her facade. After about 15-20 minutes, the agony starts to subside, and then ironically she feel very cold. At the origination she needs me to turn the upper air conditioning on, and then when it ends, she wishes the heater on. Going to the bathroom and drinking red juice help the pain to subside. I was growing honest and was 5'7 at the emergence of 10th grade. I be supposed to be 5-10 to 5-11 I had similar to 15 hairs on my chin that grew promptly. Then i didn't grow any the next 2 years and the facial spike started to not come back after shaving. Now i am 18 and hold no facial hair and am nothing taller. WTF is wrong with me.
