i have sit with my legs crossed probably starting when i be around seven now i am fourty. i cross them every time i sit down, eventually after a long priod of crossing my top leg get numb. i have hear that crossing your legs can cause artery problems, back problems, and hip problems, i dont own any at all, but is this true that it is discouraging? do you cross your legs also? and are you aware it might be bad?Answers:
Yes. I hold back problems and some impossible looking veins surrounded by my legs and I'm only 27... I hold had numerous doctors recount me to stop crossing my legs as it directly affects all the things you mentioned above. I've hear about cranberry pills, I don't know individually.

Get a second opinion for sure. I, too, am plagued by these. I started taking cranberry pills and I haven't have one in almost a year. There is over-the-counter meds, but I don't know if they work. Its call AZO I think. You might want to check it out. And I'd also start drinking cranberry liquid. It helps.
I dont instinctively know, but my brother would get serious urinary tract infections as a child and would hold bad pains to lead them. After a year of testing they found out that since he have been born one of his kidneys wasnt functioning and be putting too much stress on the other one. They removed the bad kidney and since after he hasnt had any problems.
I've have UTI problems off and on for going on for 14 years. My doctor has given me medication that have helped contained by the past, but I haven't be taking it recently. Here's what I suggest:
Try drinking cranberry liquid, if you don't like it, try taking cranberry supplement surrounded by pill form.
Drink lots and lots of water.
If you own any pain, appropriate some over the counter meds like Advil.
Also, this seem to be a key issue when I be younger: avoid taking baths, take showers instead. I used to lift bubble baths and that was a big no no.

Take Azo tarnished for uti's... it's a quality product & you can find it everywhere, works without delay.
