I have the worst headache and i am going to my bro's graduation contained by like 15 min. and i already took motrin.what do i do??

Well conventional over the counter, I transport Aleeve, but if you headache is result of hangover, take a couple sips of a drink, ya know spike of the dog remedy. Or.... well if truth be told I better not say my favorite headache reliever.

Those are things I've heard. I once in a while eat beforehand going to bed. In fact, I stop intake at least 4 hours back going to bed.
nobody should eat aftr 6 pm. your internal organs should hold some rest during night too. stomach spends 6 hours on digesting food. so in the past u go to sleep around 12 your organs should stop working and own some rest time during night

I am 30 and I did not start my period until I be 14 ! You could just be a unsettled bloomer like I be! I would suggest, if you feel comfortable chitchat about it to your mother or a trusted friend...! Also your doctor would know how to answer any questions you may hold! It can be normal. Loose counterweight and get a life span. The periods will eventually start and after you would wish they have not.

since your shirt be on we can rule out sun poisioning. even mild. which is what i have at the moment. So yes could be fry rash. Or could be because it be so hot made your skinn more sensative to the laundry soap or fabric softner you are using. any way some hypercortozone should solve this problem.

budge out and run around like crazy or jump to the gym or something that will make you really tired. run up and down your stairs 20 times. stir up and down your street 20 times. see how many times you can spin around minus getting dizzy. hey, it's a good workout too :) =]

I think the odds for yr sleep would b to calm down yr mind, & this u can do by doing some mental exercise. I would suggest to concentrate yr mind on yr breath. Let c how to do, start taking a thoughtful breath as deep as u can and release it as slowly as u can. Try to concentrate solely on yr breath, ( u vl feel that u r using with the sole purpose one nose for breathig).
Do not suggest anything else other than this. Day by afternoon increase the length of this excercise. For this enjoy to give with the sole purpose 5-10 min of yr sleep for better sleep. You vl feel relax & free. so yr mind vl in control down n helps surrounded by getting sleep.
