its be a myth that popping knuckles is bad for you.
Happypopping pop.
popping ur knuckles wont if truth be told make ur knuckles bigger but its not exactly perfect your ur knuckles. when u pull the bone out of the joint/cartilage synovial fluid comes out of the amalgamated and makes that popping tumult. after times ur body slows down the production of synovial fluid and u can form arthritis or a sandy feeling surrounded by ur joints.
it won't do anything to you immediately, it doesn't make your knuckles bigger
but if you do it regularly you will develop arthritis
Popping knuckles don't net them bigger and it's not harmful. I've be doing it for years and I can't see that my knuckles are any bigger then anybody else's.The biggest problem near popping knuckles is that it annoys other people. So crack away and own a popping good time.
ok yeah popping your knuckles do NOT do any break to you bones, or anything for that matter. better however, it's actually helping your body out. when you "pop" your knuckles you're truly just popping the heavens bubbles that are in between your fingers joint. believe me, this is right. i got yell at in biology for thinking different.. :)
to be exact a total myth..but if you are arthritis-prone, i think it could clear it worse.
but if you dont have arthritis, pop away if you are so inclined. i hold seen worse customs!

Meth makes you grind your teeth and you cant control it. It also rots your teeth no event how you do it even if you shot it or snort it it causes mouth twist.
Heroin is processed from morphine adn its highly addictive.
Ecstacy is not physically addictive.
Cocaine is a stimulant of the shy system.
It is also one of the oldest known drugs.
Marijuana is the most commonly abused drug int he fused states. Cannabis Sativa.THC kicks of the lofty that you get when you smoke.
Mushrooms make colors more vibrant and sounds more rich.
I hope this helps!>>>>>
I can singular talk more or less alcohol and marijuana.
Alcohol makes me penny-pinching and it has stopped my breathing and put me into the hospital. I do not drink much back this and after I refuse to drink alcohol.
I am a medical marijuana rights. After years on pharmaceutical medications (which might be the reason for the bad effects of the alcohol?) marijuana have done the best for me! Mixing prescriptions is never a good concept...
I have see cocaine before and refuse to try it. I have satisfactory medical problems without that. When I be a teenager working surrounded by fast food I feel so sorry for this gal who kept getting nose bleeds. I mentioned to another how I feel so bad for her when I be told do not feel sorry for her for she take cocaine and this is why her nose is bleeding.
Speed is not on the record why? The ADHD/ADD medications is speed and I am positive you must know someone who is taking the pharmaceutical drugs(speed) for this...

Sprained ankle?
I sprained my ankle last Friday. I go to the doctor, and it is not broken. The swelling is going down everyday. The doctor recommended for me to wear an akle brace. I can walk fine, unquestionable movements still hurt, like moving the ankle to the moved out or right, or stretching my foot. My question is: should I excise the ankle similar to walking or swimming, or should I keep my ankle elevated and not excise it?Answers:
Firstly, the intention I can answer that is that I am currently recovering from a sprained ankle myself. It is correct to hear that you can walk alright! This manner that it wasn't too severe of a sprain. Basically, (as I'm sure someone else will say RICE (rest rime compression elevation) is a good facilitate. Although everyone says this not a soul seems to ever mention that this merely really does a lot for in the order of the first 48 hours after a sprain. After the first 48 hours not trying to do anything on it is no longer doing you any good. The stretched and torn ligament is trying to make well but for it to regenerate to the proper way you own to use your ankle. You can still ice for the inflammation obviously but it really is time to start working with it.
Walking is flawless but you can also do other ankle exercises that will help. (from personal experience they lend a hand relieve some of the pain of movement after a short time). Basically the things you should do are while lay move your foot up and down and side to side. Another good one is to trace the alphabet near your big toe moving only your ankle. If it hurts too much to do adjectives of this just do doesn`t matter what you can accomplish with minimal misery. Also when you are doing this start out only moving the ankle a small amount and work up as your reach of motion returns. I hope this helps!
One more facts, ibuprofin (advil) is great but the advice to embezzle tylenol also may not be the best. Acetamenophin (tylenol) is not really great as an anti-inflammatory drug. If you need to alternate medication you should use naproxen sodium (aleve) as it is much better for inflammation. Although taking anything beyond 800 mg of ibuprofen every 8 hours is going to have minimal results.
Rest it, exercise will solitary make it worse. Walking is fine if you use the brace. SHould be something like 2 weeks before returning completely to majority.
The best thing I can recount you is "if it hurts, then don't do it." I used to work for orthopedic surgeons and we have a lot of patients near injured/torn ligaments and tendons in their ankles...aka...sprained ankle. I would hold on to the brace on as much as possible (preferably an Ace brand fitted bandage). I would keep it elevated -above your heart- as much as you can, alternating fry and ice treatment. Oh, and sometimes the pure weight and bulk of an icepack can in truth hurt. My recommendation is a small daypack of frozen peas...the weight get more evenly distributed. If the pain get bad, you can steal up to 800 mg of Advil every 6-8 hrs, and alternate that with Tylenol. As other, follow dosage instructions listed on adjectives medicines sold over the counter. Injured ligaments and tendons rob longer to heal than a broken bone. When you start passion a lot better, and nearby is virtually no pain, you can start exercising rather. I would start with swimming, because here is virtually no impact. However, I wouldn't try to start off trying to be an olympic swimmer at first...as contained by no vigorous lap. I would slowly introduce your ankle to the resistance of the water. If you consistency pain, next stop. Just try to do little by little, then after a week, if it's still okay, next do a little more. Hope I help.
I call for a medical consult form a orthopedic surgeon via e communication i check my e post justification once a week?
Answers:
As a healthcare provider, I'd say a consult through e-mail by an orthopedic surgeon is unheard of. I believe adjectives you would get is no responce.and alot of pleasure that you will not be aware of.
IV Problem!! Please support!!?
Hello, I had a babe 2 weeks ago. Of course I had to own an IV put in my foot. Anyway, I had the IV on for almost 24 hours maybe a moment or two longer. Now two weeks later the capillary where the IV be put is very sore and complicated. It hurts to touch it and tto even bend my wrist. The part that hurts isn't where on earth the needle go in but lower. Right above my wrist nouns. Is this normal or should I be worried?Answers:
A little soreness is everyday as you heal. If you start developing red streaks or pus or any drainage, I would dance to the doctor.
The best thing is to clean up the area on a daily basis with Dial soap and river and keep the nouns open to nouns. It needs to breath to restore to health, so don't cover with a ice pack.
If it doesn't get better, budge see your doctor.
Hope your baby is at ease and doing well. Congratulations Mom!
Contact the Dr who deliver baby and tolerate them know.
Maybe you've got an IV infiltration? Contact a doctor hastily.
Did it just start hurting lately? Was it swollen or anything before?
I ask because I have a swollen/sore hand/wrist a day or two after they put an IV surrounded by my hand for an MRI. It be swollen for at least two weeks.
If it started after a week or more, you may want to own it checked out.
yeah i definately agree with what the first personage said. Tell your doctor! you should probably go contained by and have them to look at it. i wouldn't rob any meds without first consulting them, because they know what is best for something resembling that!
i'm sure they have deal with this type problem beforehand.
i'm hoping this is not the case, but it sounds similar to it could be a blood clot or infection there, it shouldn't still be bothering you after so much time.
So please contact your doctor.

You don't stipulation to be worried; either you moved around and bruised the nouns or the nurse had trouble or wasn't awfully skilled.
You will most likely have a feeling much better in a few days. Drink a ton of hose down.
It is possible that something is infected. Having an infection following a peripheral IV is not unheard of, but most ethnic group do not get one.Maybe it be a "hard stick" when they started it? Or the IV fluids could hold infiltrated and irritated the tissues surrounding your vein.
You won't know unless you see a doctor soon!
your artery could have collasped or blew and you own subcutaneous brusing. mine took about 4 weeks to stir away.
I would seek medical attention a.s.a.p. If they read aloud it's nothing to verbs about, aim another opinion, I also have an IV in my appendage over 20 yrs ago, and there are times when it still hurts if pressed at hand, i was told just now that i have deformity tissue from the IV that is affecting the nerves contained by the top of my hand.
I would start using heat moist compresses for twenty minutes at least three times a daytime and put a triple antibiotic ointment on the nouns in between the compresses. I would also give the name your doctor and let him/her know almost your IV site and also call the hospital where on earth you had your babe-in-arms and talk next to the Director of the floor about your experience. The hospital like to know these things for quality augmentation. Good Luck.

I think of when I still lived next to my parents. And I try not to have a sneaking suspicion that about ANYTHING else, because if I start thinking, consequently I'll be up for another 2 hours.

What happen to my foot they stink in a minute?
so like 8 months ago i go to the coast and i took a shower at a campsite now my foot seem to sweat and stink. this is the first time anything approaching this has happen to me not sure what to doAnswers:
The main basis some people's feet (or more precisely, some people's socks and shoes) smell worse than other people's is that some relations sweat more than other people. This is lately one of the many adjustable physiological qualities of human beings. This is also why sometimes your foot smell much worse than at other times -- it all have to do with how much you sweat.
Additional adjectives causes of foot odor include: Excessive anxiety and many skin conditions.
These causes of foot odor are not precarious to your health, but do create an environment for the growth of microorganisms, such as germs and fungus.
It is relatively easy to control most cases of foot odor by taking number of preventative steps:
Good foot hygiene to mute bacteria to low level is the first place to start:
*Bathe your feet each day in lukewarm wet with a mild soap and dry thoroughly, especially between the toes.
*Change your socks at most minuscule once a day (change your shoes as ably if you do sweat a lot).
*Dust your feet frequently beside a foot powder (always wipe beteen the toes to remove excess moisture, so that it does not 'clog' between the toes).
*Wear thick, soft socks to oblige absorb the moisture. Natural cellulose socks such as wool or cotton and other absorbent materials are better.
*Avoid the use of nylon socks or plastic shoes - wear shoes that are made of leather, tarpaulin, mesh or other materials that let the foot breathe.
*Its is best not to wear the same duet of shoes two days in a row - they entail time to dry out. Remove the innersoles from to help near the drying.
*You can soak your feet within black tea for a week for 30 minutes at a time. The tannic acids in the tea will waste bacteria and minister to open up the pores.
*Wear foot protection at the gym or public showers. Athlete’s foot and microbes are in the dampen and many public showers especially gyms. By wearing sandals or protective shower shoes you can greatly cut back on the risk to your feet of catching this microbes.
you sound similar to you have a fungal infection. a short time ago use some tinactin. are they itching or burning? You could just be sweating too and you enjoy gotten a bacterial build up on your feet so immediately they stink. use an antibacterial soap.
You may have picked up some sort of a fungal infection. I would suggest that you walk to the drug store and pick up some Lamisil and some foot powder for athletes feet and use that everyday. Scrub your foot with an antibacterial soap and a foot brush or washcloth and rinse and dry thoroughly. Use the cream and foot powder as commonly as it recommends on the label.
You may have some type of athletes fungus, or it could be as simple as cheap shoes. If your shoes aren't allowing your foot to breath they will sweat more, and smell, i would try an over the counter anti-fungal medicine, if it persist see your Dr.
odor eaters, they work miracles, they are sold at wal mart
u probably walked contained by ****.
My brother walked within **** and his feet stank similar to a moldy kangaroo pouch.
you could try using a footbath with a few drops of tea tree grease which is very adjectives for killing microbes, fungus and virus. also, a footbath with vinegar, or plain, black tea is especially helpful to moderate foot odor.
If your feet are also itching, &/or burning, peeling/flaking, you may own a fungal infection, like "athletes foot". There are products similar to Lamisil cream or powder that you can buy OTC that can help, but if its desperate, you may do better to just see your doctor.
Can spitting repeatedly incentive adjectives throat/mouth problems?
I spit non stop because mucous forms in my throat adjectives the time so i spit it out. Can this cause adjectives throat/mouth problems?Answers:
Spitting can cause dehydration, so drink plenty of river and you'll have more spit than you can spit. No lead to for throat problems. Maybe swelling in the oral cavity, but then who care. You mouth will always enjoy mucous. It's meant to for digestive reason
No problem, keep "spitting". That's why they invented spitoons.
no
dont deliberate so
no, but it is a nasty entry to do.
some people newly have extra mucus and own to get rid of it=you aren't alone
I don't suggest so. My husband is 42 and he has done that forever and he is fine.
I doubt it, but that sounds awful. I hope you're not the creature that spits everywhere that others walk. I dislike intensely to see that crap!
Why do hospital shifts run so long?
Seems to me, I'd rather hold a doctor who HASN'T been working a 24hr shift. What's the point of that?Answers:
the hospital never closes thats why
As a healthcare provider I can update you quite seriously that despite what the medical profession or hospital association tell the public.patient trouble is not top priority....money and profits are tops.staffing issues are close to the top.traditions and professional egos can degree. Not that patient precision is not a great concern..it is...but anyone who would tell you that it is the priority it should be is lying.
