That guy is right, but you can also lower it by adjectives down on acidic things. Like Coke, Vinegar products resembling Ketchup, and/or tomartoes, Peppers, etc. Salt can also cause you PH level to rise. Low sodium foods could help. That's really adjectives i've got. These pills arnt proscribed to just anyone who is short because they are terrifying..
