yep OCD thats me i own it and i have to hike out the same door i go in, i enjoy to take like number of steps with respectively foot (yes i count) seriously its a pain but if i dont its worse im bugged around it all light of day i stress about it i have to go to the hospital once for stomach strain realted to this stress. so i dont know what helps but if you find out please agree to me know!

Fair skin, sunburn. Anyway to stop crumbling?

I just get a brutal sunburn.
I was wondering if here was any instrument to stop the peeling.
Or at lowest a way to minimize the burn.
I am aware of some lotions, but any other possiblities?

Does cutting caffeine really support diminish the levels of anxiety? I only so love my my coffee and drink approx. 3-4 a day. I no longer drink alcohol.

I only feel close to if I start cutting rear, then my anxiety will rise. I suffer from mild common anxiety and don't take any meds.

Why not take meds? Anyway, caffiene artificial me a great deal, if someone give me caffinated coffee instead of decaf I was flaccid from the chandilier. I didn't have to 'decaf' after I be on meds. But, coffee has approaching 200 mg of caffiene in a mug of coffee. That will bestow anyone the jitters. I take Klonopin for anxiety. I enjoy never felt more relaxed. I switched to hot tea beside the blue sweetener when I was taking strictness of my dad before he passed and when I come home I continued.

It's a nice website...I could see myself using that...as I too am an over-worrier. I have found that it's easier to verbs than to face your issues...and go and get a grip! So the website just seem like a approach to maintain one's worrying ways...and not swot how to cope with them...it's approaching a worrier's dream...to worry beside others and interact with other worriers...but what are doing to solve the problem.

We ALL verbs. If we didn't...we'd be gone a long time ago. It's a protective mechanism...so it's just about time their is a technological finance in how to verbs (ie..your website)..I just don't ruminate it's revolutionary or extremely helpful.

I've never smoked but alot of people i know own been succesful using the patch or the gum.
The gum contains more nicotine so that can be harder to ween yourself off than the patch but its far better than smoking!
Also there should be alot of support out near for quitting smoking and also coping with grief and stress which could sustain you

i hold tried to quit cold-turkey many times but whenever a stressful situation arises or i walk out drinking i always start pay for up again. The longest time i quit for was going on for two years and it was when i be doing alot of hiking. When i was hiking i simply didn't want a smoke, crazy as that sounds, and i started eating better foods as all right! I have hear other people quit using hypnosis, i hold always looked-for to try that cuz it sounds interesting! good luck!

Bad sensitivity to marijuana?

I haven't done this in 20 some years, but when I first tried it, I become very paranoid, thought unquestionable people be godlike, became concrete perceptive - reading into things particularly clearly, delusional, but remembering every detail of what happened. My friends only just became silly, relaxed and hungry. Of course, I stay away from it immediately, but I'd like some opinion on what happened- was it lace, too strong, too much or what?

Everyone react differently to different types of drugs. The first time I smoked it, I was upset and paranoid. The times I smoked it after that I thought everything was funny and I be hungry (munchies). I haven't smoked it in over 18 years and I wouldn't do it again. I feel it was making me "Stupid" even though when I be stoned I felt smarter. Everyone is different and I don;t imagine it was lace with anything.

Some ethnic group react differently to marijuana and some don't even return with effected...usually those who are use to it. If it be your first time then I wouldn't verbs too much about it because you be just paranoid and that stuff be probably really good stuff. If you feel possessed then I would stay away from that. I've never hear of people react the way you did.

I thought i was too dumb after made everything up like to be concious and immediately its too much becasue i cna't do anything in a zone etc. I don't obtain tired, breath heveyly, get hungry etc.
