Side effects of iron supplements?
I just found out I am anemic. I own to take two iron supplements a sunshine because my iron is just that low. I also pilfer Vitamin C tablets to help my body engage the iron a lot more successfully. I just required to know if there are going to be any side effects? My doctor said I may become constipated? :( Anything else besides that?Answers:
Being a chronic anemic myself, I also find I carry nauseated for a while after taking my supplements. I try to take mine at bed time to counteract that side effect. ;)

You might want to try Iron Plus C Complex. As you mentioned, the C allows for better iron incorporation. Also, the iron is plant based and does not exact constipation.

I was prescribed Topamax for my migraines as resourcefully. As a sidenote, so was my mother and her best friend. All of us have similar side effects.
The most bothersome one for me was severe memory loss. I terminated up quitting taking the medicine in 3 months because I could not remember things for nursing arts school.
However, in 3 months, I lost 30 pounds. I did not try to diet or increase my exercise within any way. It did suppress appetite comparatively a bit.
My mother and her friend had impossible to tell apart two side effects and subsequently both stopped taking it as well.
One other minor annoyance be dry mouth.
It did help my migraines; I did not hold one in three months, when usually I would enjoy one a week. The memory loss just be not worth it though.
