His book is merely a list of websites and places to buy herbal remedies. That's adjectives. I was really disappointed when I page through it. Some of the stuff is alright, but it's all herbal remedies. Do your own research on it adjectives and talk to your doctor.

My dr recently diagnosed me beside a kidney infection. Help: Industrial piercing?
it has be about 2 months since I get my industrial. my bottom piercing is fine with minimal devastate (it doesnt seem to hold any bumps) but the top one is bothering meIt has developed a red boil looking bump on the piercing on the top and it have a bump inside too. (like boil is on the outside on the top of the ear and the bump is in the inner ear)

Go let a doctor look at it because anytime you put a foreign substance into your body, i.e. piercings, your body can reject it. I own had numerous piercings surrounded by my ears and sometimes they just do this. Your doctor can dispense you something for the bacteria so you don't get hold of worse. Good luck
It kind of looks approaching a keloid to me. I have this same piercing and never have any problems with it. However I hold known relatively a few people who enjoy gotten a keloid on the top hole. I am not sure if there really is anything you can do for it. I would only just watch it and generate sure it doesn't get any bigger. If it seem infected and hurts I would talk to a Dr. and see if they can back you out.

I can't swear by the exactitude of this, but i've heard that holding the pulse points of your wrist underneath really cold running water cools you down really quickly. Apparantly if the cold dampen hits the veins it cools the blood down and circulates it round your body, cooling you down. Hope this is handy, but like i say-so, only an antediluvian wives tale i've hear.
