ok, so i've been dieting and excersizing for something like a couple weeks now, and i haven't lost any freight!? i have cut down on what i chomp through, and eating in good health. and i have be walking/jogging everynight for the past week. i dont' know if i merely need to step up my exercising? i way of walking for about 15 minutes, consequently jog support to the house...is this enough? what am i doing wrong?Answers:

You can bring back a scale that will guess your body fat percentage that will be relatively inexpensive. (I bought mine from Sears. It is Weight Watcher brand and run about $30.) Also, try increasing your exercise times. If you did 15 minutes ultimate week, try upping it 20 minutes this week and then 25 the subsequent.

I itch with narcotics given at the hospital or prescription. I am a heart tolerant, and have numerous kind of surgeries and hospital stays. I just have a pacemaker with defiblator put within last week. and it happen again. When they give me any of their misery medication such as Nubane, Demerol, or anything similar. I am not an addict and never enjoy been on them except for affliction such as that.What can I use for severe pain? Is near something to keep from the itching?

In the past year I've gain a LOT of weight - I've gone from a UK dress size 12 to a size 16, and when I go shopping today I had to buy size 18 jeans because none of the size 16 ones would fit :o(I have a sneaking suspicion that my main problem is that I comfort chomp through, and also that I've moved away from home a year and a half ago so I establish what I want to eat and when, fairly than my mum cooking for me. I get pretty homesick and when I'm upset I eat, I can't appear to help it - I ponder "I'll just hold a little bit of chocolate" and later before I know it I've eat a whole kinfolk sized bar.
It make me feel sick to see myself surrounded by a mirror now, I loathe being so oil and I've got stretch grades all over because I've gain so much weight - I look disgusting. But I can't give the impression of being to stop eating - even when I have to buy size 18 jeans today, I was really depressed and the first entry I did when I got out the shop be buy a chocolate bar. I know how you feel, I've only just had a toddler and can't stop eating chocolate, biscuits, cake etc. I keep wise saying I'm going to go on a diet but never seem to be to stick to it. I know that if I don't watch my self I'll put on loads of mass.
Before I got pregnant I lost loads of consignment by dieting with a friend, and getting weigh every week. So maybe have some support from a friend might help.
Try joining bulk watchers or slimming world, I personaly found weight watchers best. Also some excercise; I'm hopeing to start swimming soon as it's a really righteous excercise and I enjoy it. Also instead of driving or taking the bus try walking. Me and my friend adjectives try our best to walk as much as possible when we dance out.
Why not talk to you doctor, report him your concerns. I was thinking of seeing mine, surrounded by some hope that he would give me a pill that stops your cravings for chocolate, biscuits and cake etc.

This sounds so familar. I am also comfort eating and know exactly how you fell. I am determined to stop, but it is really rugged. Especially the first few days are hard. I own subscribed to www.getfit.com and am also having a food diary, so I am writing down everything I am drinking. It really helps, because I can see the enumerate grow and it is a real shocker! I can with the sole purpose recommend having a food diary and perchance sharing it with someone aswell, be it through email or on a weightloss forum. The website I pooled also created a graph of all your achievement and weight correction, but it costs, so maybe you can find an alternative for free or do a graph yourself. Good Luck, we can do it!

Basically it is eating small meal every 3 hours. At first I found it difficult eating so regularly when I am used to the starve/ binge way of ingestion.
But it really works. I am never hungry and therefore the inner health to binge has disappeared
......(even though my bingeing be never based on hunger, as I expect is that same for you).
I really recommend you try ingestion a small meal/ snack every 3 hours.
And like others enjoy suggested, start walking for excercise, it will also calm your mind and produce you feel right.
Please try this, I know all too powerfully how horrid is it to be feeling the bearing you do now.

I did something similar, binge drinking because I felt worthless and horrible nearly myself. Think you need to address the problems you enjoy with yourself, which seem to be to be at the root of your problem, what's making you so unhappy, anything excluding moving out of home?
I got to the point I'd get through in underground as well so not a soul knew later miss meals because I'd eat so much rubbish before the kids come home. Admitting I'd done it was frozen but it was the first step, so I don`t know asking for help here is your first step.

Dude, it's the pot...I own smoked everyday for almost 5 or 6 years. Anxiety is part of the side effects of the drug. It effects everyone differently. It still to this morning makes my heart overwhelm a little faster, but truly, the more you smoke, the more your body get used to the drug, therefore the side effects, approaching anxiety or rapid heartbeat lessen over time.

You own to get your body on a programme. Yes even as adults our bodies still should be on a sleeping schedule. You obligation about 7 to 8 hours per hours of darkness.
Take it one day at a time. Tomorrow morning force yourself to receive up by 6 or 6:30. It is hard at first but after a couple of days you wont really entail an alarm clock, your body becomes one. At first it feel like you hold to literally peel yourself from your sheets but do it. Take a brisk waddle even if it is for two minutes. Breathing the morning air will administer your body senses a boost.
Make sure to be in bed by 10/10:30. There cannot be any distractions (IE. TV, radio, light). Dont devour anything, after 7pm, especially sugar. Once you get used to the calendar you can have a snack or something.
I find reading puts me to sleep prompt. Try a book or Cosmo. Remember reading Chemistry stuff in High college how drowsy it made you. Do that if you have to...ha ha.
