Ouch. Well, there's some impermanent fixes, but if you sing, be prepared not to use your voice at ALL for about a week or so.
1. Gargle thaw out salt wet. This will help bring down the swelling contained by your throat and kill some of the germs cause it. Gargle about every partially hour up until the concert.
2. Drink something strong and citrus (orange juice, diluted lemon liquid, etc) right before you sing to clear out any extra mucus. NOTHING WITH SUGAR IN IT. If your choir director will allow it, pinch a small bottle with you to drink (discretely) between songs.
3. Takeing some asprin or something similar will also give support to with the swelling.
4. Try to avoid sugar adjectives day, drinking sugar will gum up your throat and feed the germs.
