I suffer from migranes too...i feel for ya..this is what i do and it works..
1. pocket Tylenol
2. turn off adjectives the lights
3. get a bowl of cold hose and put ice cubes surrounded by the water
4..bring back a hand towel...soak it within the water, squeeze the excess out and put it over your forehead...tolerate it touch your eyes (if affected)
5. make sure here is complete silence...no TV , radio, people discussion.

There are a lot of depending variables here. Did you capture it pierced at a piercing/tattoo shop with a plunger or at a place like claire's beside a gun? If it was near a needle, you'll probably alleviate faster because there be less trauma cause to the area. If it be with a gun, it could bear a really long time. Really, it could take a long time any way.
Cartilage piercings are rediculously toublesome to restore to health. I have a couple that I get over a year and a half ago that still haven't heal up completely, although I am a really slow healer. Anyway, you're only a month along, the backache your feeling is completely everyday, albeit annoying.
If you did get it done beside a gun, I might suggest going to a piercing/tattoo shop and having them transmutation the jewelery to titanium or surgical grade stainless steel, or at the really least enjoy them look at it and make sure everything is economically and you don't have the beginnings of an infection.
Anyway, don't verbs about the backache too much. If something starts to feel really wrong, step have it checked out, but the backache you're feeling very soon is normal. I hope I be helpful!
