Peanuts.they in fact are a great sorce of quick vitality intake. Just a handfull is good for most. I work 24hr shifts and munch on several different types from cashews to peanuts throughout the afternoon. Their good for you.

well, if you're a smoker you could other go outside and smoke, because the nicotine will stimulate you and impart you a little bounce. Bring some trail mix or something with you. Not solely to they have peanuts surrounded by them, but they have raisins, m&m's, etc. You could even dance to a place like Health Foods and draw from all the stuff seperatly that you would put within trail mix and mix and match to what you would close to best. They check your eyes, throat, weight, etc. They press on your tummy, check heartrate, poke and prod at you asking if things hurt and if anything has changed just this minute in your form. You'll probably get shots approaching TB or hepatitis or both.
You sound concerned though. You dont own to worry nearly the doctor touching any areas that you dont feel comfortable near. At the most, they may ask to do a breast exam but I cant recall that going on and you can tell them no. You dont hold to worry roughly speaking any of that untill you go to see a gynocologist which you should be considering immediately anyway. Its usually advised to start going by the time you are 18.
I be super nervous when I go to my first exam. I specificly asked for a woman doctor because I didnt feel comfortable near a strange man touching me. She took me step by step through the process and warned me when she be about to do something. The exam last all of 5 minutes and it be over. Its not as bad as you may muse. THe only explanation I decided to turn in the first place be because my mom had cervical cancer and the gyn be the person who caught it. If she have missed that one year exam, she may not be here anymore. So if I end up near anything like that, I definately want it caught rash like they did beside my mom.

i was wondering if anyone would know what this is. here are my symptoms:-headache at temple and top of head (they aren't together, it is any one OR the other)

Firstly, no one can diagnose a tumour base on symptoms, you have to go and get an MRI or some type of scan to see an abnormal cluster of cell.
Secondly, NONE of those symptoms are serious or indicate the presence of a brain tumour. Blacking out when you stand up is called postprandial hypotension, and it's from standing up too quickly as your mom said. Lightheadedness can be from many things; dehydration, low blood sugar, stress. fatigue, etc. Ringing contained by the ears is common as resourcefully.
If you really want to be safe and see if here is anything wrong you can do the following:
- get an eye exam to invalidate out eye problems or see if you need goggles (can cause headaches)
- hang on to yourself hydrated, drink a glass of sea every hour and don't eat huge meal, try snacking and eating smaller portions to profess a levelled blood sugar
- don't stress your body by staying out within the sun for long periods of time, overworking, or depriving yourself of sleep.

Your doctor will know best, but I've had similar symptoms contained by the past. Headaches resembling you describe are stress headaches, and can be cause by lots of things including dehydration.
The get up high-speed and see black thing is a sign of low blood pressure--that's not a desperate thing. That mostly goes away next to age, and not everyone suffers from it.
Ringing in ears--likely ear wreckage. Turn down that iPod!
Memory issues--likely just stress.
Brain tumors are highly rare--if your doctor had any inkling, he would enjoy done a CAT scan. I got one of those once, when I stumped the doctor...and it turned out to be a suitability tooth rupture. Go figure!

Everyone have days likes these and the things that own helped me out the most when facing this type of rut are too vent out any emotion I have through writing (either poetry or only writing for the sake of writing)or some other means of art work, going to the gym to work out, calling and/or visit a friend or loved one, trying to lay down relax and take a snooze, having a few drinks (ideal next to friends..), watching something that might be similar to how I am feeling (well the situation is similar to my own) or something explicitly funny and/or romantic to get my mind sour of things and to try and boost my merits, just going out for a meander, taking yourself (or someone you know out to dinner), go shopping and buy yourself something nice, reading a right book, jamming (or venting) out to some of your fav music, believe it or not when I am stressed out sometimes cleaning up helps me be aware of centered and a little more contained by control of things, eating something that I really love (some relations go next to chocolate or ice cream, I prefer something similar to nachos..lol), getting a hug or some affection from my boyfriend *wink wink*...lol.., taking a nice bubble bath, yoga, playing some video games or online games, volunteering somewhere to see that others may hold it worse then you and that you own the ability to backing them as well as yourself...Wow I enjoy listed closely of things but it really depends on how bad things are on to which one will truly help. I really guess it's because we just dont know how to use it. We still dont know everything almost the brain even with adjectives the technology that we have today.

I have the same problem and I go to my doctor who said it was because my blood pressure be too high. I am presently taking medicine to bring it down and the headache stopped.
There could be many reason for this. Your blood sugar could have dropped during the hours of darkness. If you have coffee within the morning, the headache could be from lack of caffeine. Then when you own your coffee the headache will go away.
I don't want to startle you, but I had morning headache (along with other symptoms) that I overlooked. Turned out, in my defence, it was a brain tumor. When I slept on my support, the tumor put pressure my optic chiasm and caused me to stir up with mild headache that went away after I get up.
